This was the second time using Precision. Danny was the technician that came out and was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I wanted a new weather strip put on my door and also I noticed my opener was starting to get very slow and sometimes stopping when going up. I was super pleased! This company only replaces what is needed. They aren’t out to cheat the customer. He showed me the rusty parts so I could see why I needed new ones. He had everything he needed on his truck and had time so I got the whole job done in one afternoon. My repairman was courteous, professional and friendly. He did a great job and explained the new things to me. I got a key pad which was new to me and he made sure I knew how to use it.

Went online around 11pm on a Saturday evening to see if I could line up something for the next week. To my surprise they had Sunday times available. Made an online appointment for Sunday morning. They called to confirm and he was out first thing Sunday. Everything was complete by 11a Sunday morning. Very quick process from start to finish. Quality service for a reasonable price

I called Precision Garage Door because I had used them at another residence. The background on the most recent call is: my wife and I came home and while exiting the garage, I pressed the button to close the garage. As the door came down, one of the cables broke and I heard a large boom. The garage door was cockeyed and couldn’t be moved up or down. I called Precision that evening and the earliest they could get to me was the following morning. Around 10:10 A.M. Mr. Danny Quinn called and told me he was on his way. After arriving, approximately 40 minutes later, the problem was fixed. He was very friendly, clearly knew what needed to be done, wanted to get this fixed ASAP so we could get our cars out of the garage. I was so impressed by this young man…..the next time I will specifically ask for him to come out.

The repair man was right on time and diagnosed the problem I was having with my current door opener which was a fried circuit board and recommended a new opener. He removed the old one and replaced it with the new one and did a very good job. He was easy to work with and seemed very knowledgeable. I don't know about price because I didn't have any other quotes but was a bit more than I thought it would be.

It was very easy to register on-line for an appointment and the serviceman was able to be at my home the next morning. Daniel was the serviceman and he called to let me know he was 30 minutes out. Upon arrival and his synopsis of the situation, he explained that I needed a new spring and ball bearings because what had been put on five years ago was not the appropriate size for my size garage door.
