This is the second time that we called Precision for an issue with our garage door and as the last time they came the same day and fixed our problem. The gentleman who came out was very nice and he did call about 20 minutes to let us know he was coming. I will always call Precision for any future needs!

Our garage door wasn’t working properly the last couple of days. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door,Sunday afternoon Memorial Day weekend. Spoke to Victoria, very nice lady with a pleasant voice. Explained the garage door situation to Victoria and she told me a technician could be at our place soon. His name is Patrick M. When Patrick arrived, he was very personable, looked over the garage door situation and explained what needed to be done to get the garage door running properly. Gave us an estimate and said he had all the parts on the truck and it would take about 2 hrs to complete. Patrick did a great job and we are very pleased with his work. Thank You

Precision Door Service came out on a Sunday and repaired our garage door. Tom T. did excellent job was very thorough and knowledgeable on evaluating our entire overhead garage door before repairing the door. Tom when over everything the door needed with me, to get my approval on what should be repaired. He also quoted me a price at this time. There was no pressure at all. Precision replaced the following items on our garage door, new cables, rollers, torsion wheel bearings, adjusted our door. I give Tom T. 5 star rating. He worked very hard on the garage door repair. (32 years old) Tom T. was very professional, polite and respectful. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and TomT.

Michael B was the technician. He called and estimated his arrival time and actually made it - doesn't happen often with our service calls! He listened very carefully and tried to accommodate our concerns each step of the way. He stayed until he was sure the new keypad, both cars and the phone app were all updated and ready to go. Though we were told how expensive you were, I have no problem paying for quality service and we feel we got our money's worth.

Walker was very professional and informative I ask him several questions and he answered them and explained to me how they worked. Didn't plan on spending a whole lot of money but he pointed out things that were on their their last legs and probably wouldn't last much longer. I am in charge of all the house repairs since my spouse isn't able too anymore so I elected to have them fixed before they broke and with the 5 year warranty I don't need to worry about them. found out mid-day that I had broken springs on my door and immediately called to see if someone might be available to come out. Was given the standard 4 hour time frame that a technician might be available... NOT TODAY !! Patrick M arrived about 1.5 hours after our call an quickly gave us a report of what needed to be done along with a few other maintenance items and a quote for the work which we agreed with. Another short hour later Patrick had replaced the springs and completed the other maintenance items. Very professional and personable -- we certainly recommend Patrick M and Precision Garage Door.
