Tim is exactly why Precision should be your first choice in overhead garage door service. He is truly a professional that takes extreme care in delivering service to the customer. He was more than I could ask for in a technician, knowledgeable, efficient and an all around great person. I don't wish for any other problems with my overhead doors, but if I do, I will immediately call Precision and request Tim again!

I would like to thank Mike for being available earlier than my timeframe arranged on my call. After a thorough assessment of what the issue was with my door Mike ran down everything he found and had everything needed replaced completed in a very timely manner. I am very happy to give a five star rating to Gary L. He is an amazing,friendly,knowledgeable young man. He called before his arrival to my home and was here on time. He very quickly diagnosed the issues with my garage door,fully explained my options,and took the time to speak to my son on the phone to explain to him what needed to be done. That gesture was very important to a senior citizen. I had options to decide on,no pressure,just the facts. The work was finished in a timely,professional manner. Gary is just a great,friendly individual. I thank him for his kindness.

What amazing customer service. Our garage door stopped working on Easter sunday and I called first thing Monday morning to see about having someone come out. They had an appt open that very afternoon that worked w my work schedule. Dustin was very professional and explained what needed done and why and answered all my questions. He also made sure to go over the quote and explained what each charge was so I understood. He got everything done in a very short time and we are extremely happy w the results! Will definitely be using Precision for any other repairs we may need!

Called Precision based on their great looking as well as informative website. We had a spring break on our double door, so we needed help fast. Precision was able to come within 4 hours of calling them. Technician was David S.; very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He offered up great solutions to some of my door challenges. When he was finished, our door worked better than it has for 15 years. Highly recommended!

I bought a new car, and couldn't pair it with my garage door opener. I called Precision Door, and they were able to send someone out in a couple of hours. Tom Palmer was the tech, and he was great! He worked fast, and got everything updated and working. I highly recommend Precision Door!

We had a motion light that wasn’t working properly. Precision came out and fix it without a problem and it was still under warranty so we had no charge. They are a wonderful company to work with. They stand by their warranties. They treat their customers like they’re actually people. They don’t take advantage of customers. I will continue using this company for any of my garage door needs. I have referred them to several friends who have used them and who are also been very satisfied

Everything was great, the tech took the door off and installed all new supports and the door and was only here about three hours. When I inspected the door and pay for the service, I was informed the tech let someone take the old door. I was charge 100 dollars to dispose of the old door and don't think it fair practice to charge me something that was not completed. I would like a 100 dollar refund added back to the card use for the service. Thank you James Salyers.

There was a small communication breakdown in lining up the job. It was no big deal and I shared it with my technician so he could provide his team with feedback. At the end of the job he said he had already shared the feedback with the office and they've incorporated the feedback into their regular training. Management gave me a discount because they felt bad about the communication breakdown. Definitely not necessary but definitely a very kind thing to do that communicated a real concern for customer satisfaction!

I called 9:30 AM to get a broken garage door spring replaced. (Lashad) Lake was here before noon, looked over both garage doors and offered four options for one door or both, since I also asked about replacing seals on the bottoms of the doors and anything else that might be needed. He had everything needed on the truck and was done by 3:30. He was friendly, polite, explained all the options and didn't push for the most expensive one. Very glad he was the technician who came out and we would want him for any future work.

David was on time, professional and courteous. I was hoping to have my garage opener line rewired to the main keypad as the other company that installed the opener did a sloppy job. I was hoping to have the wire follow the roof line of the garage. David quickly gave a me a quote which was a fair price, but also suggested that I replace the main keypad with a wireless unit. This option would eliminate all wires and would be less expensive than the quote to rewire! The unit he had in his truck would not work for my opener. He drove back to the office to get the correct one for my opener and returned a little while later. Quick removal of old keypad and install of the new one. David exceeded my expectations as his suggestion is much better then what I was hoping to accomplish! Very satisfied customer!

Online I was attracted to your advertising for various times of available appointments and the numerous positive reviews. I then experienced prompt earlier than expected, appointment with a very wonderful technician Tim, who inspected and gave me all options of immediate necessary repair for my garage door. He also replaced a keypad and showed me how to lubricate and maintain use of my door and left me a can of lubricant Although quite pricey, I was so happy to have the service, I did not say anything.
