The company responded with a same day appointment that was secured easily online. Tim came out and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped rectify the situation and provided a helpful safety survey to be shared with the actual door installer for warranty coverage. I highly recommend this company!

Called late AM for a "Check-UP" on my garage door system so not an urgent call by any means. Shocked to hear they could come out same day. Derick arrived and did not identify any urgent issues as all was working at this time and stated there was no charge. He did however identify some items where wear and tear were progressing and noted the springs were too small for the weight of my door. After a very good educational discussion, I told him I like to operate in prevention mode rather than in problem mode. He gave me a quote and again was shocked to hear that he had everything on his truck and could complete all items discussed during this visit. WOW - Glad I called Precision.

Great service! I was having an intermittent issue with my opener and called your team out to look at and possibly repair. After experiencing the problem and spending 30 minutes troubleshooting, it was determined my head unit was bad and no service or repair could correct the discontinued model. I was not pressured to buy new from them and was not charged for the visit. I appreciated and value their input!

I will only deal with Precision Garage Door. I just purchased a new garage door and with the help of Alana found just what I wanted. She was professional and knowledgeable, gave me 3 options and helped me pick the best one for me. She was very kind an my new friend. Before purchasing my new door I had 1 other service call on my old door and it was fixed right away and the guys were very professional and courteous. I also had a service call at my parents house who had just passed away and the guys were so nice to me and got me fixed right up. I can't say enough about good things about this company. Would highly recommend!!

Our tec was amazing. Diagnosed issue( motor ) was fried from lightning surge. Educated about the correct light bulb ( not led) on the opener . This caused connection issues with our car openers! Who new!! Great job ! Would recommend to all! Dan Jones

VERY disappointed. Had precision out today and just had to call them back to re-look at the door because half the wheels are sitting half way in their brackets (instead of all the way through) and the rail looks slanted/and I except the wheels would eventually slip out again (current issue) in the future. Waiting for them to come back out after paying almost $700 for the job... Probably won't work with them again. 1 star because they are QUICK to come out but not worth it. In hindsight I'm reading a lot of negative reviews on Reddit now.

Because you are a real professional! You allow installment payments and checks. Very few companies do that anymore. I just wish new motors the least expensive was still alot of money for me since I only work part-time now. Unfortunately, that seems to be how everything is these past few years. You also came the same day I called. Which was great. The techs are super friendly informative and respectful.

I saw 3 different people that day, Precision didn't have the lowest rate, but only by a few dollars. In addition, they explained everything that was needed clearly and completely. They laid everything out and made sure our garage was usable again. One group told us we needed way more work than we did. Two, including Precision, said the exact same things were needed. Very happy to have Precision and we will use them again in the future
