I have been so pleased with Adam H - last November and today! I was also glad that he was the person who came to my assistance. When I made the call, I was told that Adam had been assigned elsewhere and Joseph would be coming to help me. I asked that Adam be told that I said Hi. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Adam and say he was on his way; to thank you! I am a widow existing alone and really appreciate a business that understands the continuality of service is of value to the client as well as the service person. Thank you, this means a lot to me - I know most people are good but I have had one person in my home for installation of new washer & dryers and it was traumatic. So, I really appreciate good service with trusted people! And that you have in Adam H - for sure!!

Once again, Dustin knocked it out of the park! He's professional, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Precision answered late on a Monday, and by Tuesday morning, he was already at my residence. I had human interaction even on the first call. You don't see that anymore. Most use automated answering services. I highly recommend if you have any issues with your garage.

I couldn’t be happier, they gave me a 4 hour window and they were actually there an hour earlier. The problem was diagnosed quickly and I was given options on what I wanted to do. The technician was Dmitri Sierra, he was so professional and very pleasant, he treated me with respect and explained things in detail then let me choose what I wanted to do. He had the problem fixed within and hour. I appreciated Dmitri and his demeanor with me, he was so polite. And they had the parts I needed in his van. Thank you if I have issues or need a new door I know who to call.

This is a first class operation from the scheduler to the technician to the ownership. They all went above and beyond to get our repair done after my husband had a medical emergency during the time of our scheduled repair. Our technician was Patrick M. Technician showed up on time and was curious and friendly. I was a little surprised at the cost of the repair. But if it lasts as long as they claim it will, It will work itself out over time. My wife and I decided to go with Precision because of their TV commercials and they did not disappoint. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs their services.

Went online to request an appointment since garage door opener was not lifting or lowering. Took several tries due to my internet but the gal was pleasant through it all. Sent Raziel out who diagnosed the problem and priced me a new opener. Raziel was excellent and made it a great experience. Got a quality job, quality opener and decided on new rollers to top it off. I will call this company every time because of techs like Raziel. Thank you so much!

I feel I have been scammed. I looked up what I had done and the cost of the things Like battery, bulb, grease & wiring and your price was almost twice as much as I should have paid. I will be looking into what I can do about this with the elder abuse people.
