I neglected to ask , before arrival of tech, the cost of a spring and 2 cables. Per a Google search, typical single spring replacement I'd somewhere in the $400.00 range. When the tech arrived, he took a look and gave my wife an estimate of $1.500.00. The tech was attempting to replace everything, even though, through experience, I knew only the spring and possibly the cables needed replaced. My wife, who thankfully I coached beforehand, told the tech we only wanted the spring and cables replaced. This brought the total down to around 900.00. I believe the tech attempted to replace items that were not in need of replacement, plus, the ending price to be very high.

I was devastated when I discovered my broken garage door Precision employees were respectful Michael was on time and the technician explained what happened and how it could be repaired We compared costs to a replacement He completed the repair quickly and I was able to have access to my car in just a few hours

Kayne came today to assist us with an urgent Garage Door issue. Earlier in the day our Garage door cable broke and other issues were discovered! Kayne was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our issues! He also was upfront about our issue and gave us a couple of options which we choose to just replace the door based upon the age and issues. Excellent Service, called for service late Saturday and had appointment for mid morning on Sunday. Our tech (Tim) was great, he explained all issues from start to finish. He checked out door and found issues that needed repaired / replaced then gave us options to choose from. When we decided everything was done before he left. I expected to be charged more for the components than I could buy them for myself but $165.00 for a keypad i can buy anywhere for $45 I thought was bit excessive. And to pay $1200.00 for a basic door opener install was a bit pricey and most of the bolts on the hanger weren’t even tightened down . I don’t think you’ll be putting in my next opener.

This is the second time that we called Precision for an issue with our garage door and as the last time they came the same day and fixed our problem. The gentleman who came out was very nice and he did call about 20 minutes to let us know he was coming. I will always call Precision for any future needs!

Our spring was broken and we could not open our garage door. It was Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and we didn't think we could get the door fixed until Tuesday. Dustin arrived on Monday morning and replaced the coil. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We would recommend your company!

I was extremely happy the way my issue was solved. The frontline associate listen to my problem very patiently, the technician showed up on time and gave me a call before coming. He checked my key pad and fixed it in minutes and did not even charge for the service. And that's it just like that.

Because the garage door broke at a time when it was critical that I get it repaired quickly- after regular business hours, of course, in retrospect I probably paid more than I should have for some elements of the 'repair' materials. Our garage door wasn’t working properly the last couple of days. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door,Sunday afternoon Memorial Day weekend. Spoke to Victoria, very nice lady with a pleasant voice. Explained the garage door situation to Victoria and she told me a technician could be at our place soon. His name is Patrick M. When Patrick arrived, he was very personable, looked over the garage door situation and explained what needed to be done to get the garage door running properly. Gave us an estimate and said he had all the parts on the truck and it would take about 2 hrs to complete. Patrick did a great job and we are very pleased with his work. Thank You

Precision Door Service came out on a Sunday and repaired our garage door. Tom T. did excellent job was very thorough and knowledgeable on evaluating our entire overhead garage door before repairing the door. Tom when over everything the door needed with me, to get my approval on what should be repaired. He also quoted me a price at this time. There was no pressure at all. Precision replaced the following items on our garage door, new cables, rollers, torsion wheel bearings, adjusted our door. I give Tom T. 5 star rating. He worked very hard on the garage door repair. (32 years old) Tom T. was very professional, polite and respectful. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and TomT.
