The spring on my garage door snapped on a Saturday. I called Precision to get on their schedule, asap assuming it would be days if not weeks before we could coordinate a repair. I had new Garage door opener installed by Technician Josh on 10/25/24 at my house. Although the initial estimate was really high, Josh worked with me to bring down the price very much almost to one third of the initial estimate with the promotions. He installed the garage door opener very fast and cleaned the work area and answered all my questions and was on time for the appointment. Very professional. Top technician.

We have been doing business with this company since last year, when they installed a new door opener. Yesterday the door was not staying up after being opened and then ended up going down all on its own. Then it worked fine a couple times. The next morning the door would not go up. I called the office and they sent someone out -- Derek -- right away. He detailed the issues very clearly and we made an agreement about what to fix. He spent the afternoon on this old garage door installing replacement parts that had probably never been changed for decades. He was very polite and efficient. Everything is working now! Many things were replaced, not just the springs, but I'm only able to select one service.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Danny Quinn. He called me on Saturday morning to let me know he was 30 minutes away, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was able to diagnose our door's problem super quickly. He made it easy to understand what the issue was, and then clearly laid out my options for repair, as well as payment options. After picking the right product, he was able to install the new parts and clean up the area completely in what felt like a very short time. Once he was finished with the install, he walked me through what he'd done, and also taught me where/when I should do upkeep maintenance. Danny is a champ, what a pleasant experience!

Precision Door installed a "high lift" on our garage door to move the tracks and opener higher so I can put a lift in that bay and store 2 cars there. Great guy, excellent installation, overall fantastic service. Highly recommended. I'd use David Crowe and Precision Garage Door again ANY TIME...!

Our garage door had a broken spring and I called the original installer who quoted me a price 4x what Precision had quoted. The original installer could not fix the door today but would have someone call me tomorrow. Precision said they could send a man out today between 12:00 and 4:00 P.M. Precision's installer arrived just before Noon and left about 2: 15 P.M. Fast service, friendly installer (Jim) plus reasonable price. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service.

Our technician, Adam, thoroughly inspected our garage door. He caught rust issues that the competition missed. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the issues with our 40 yr old door. The cost was reasonable for the repairs that were needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Our garage door spring broke late on a Saturday night, I went to Precisions website, set up an appointment for a 4 hour window first thing on Sunday morning and within thirty minutes had a call and text from Danny that he would be out within 30-45 minutes. Danny was on time, very polite and started to ask questions and look at the door. He took his time to look at the door and call out anything outside of the springs that he would recommend to us. Upon his review he was very clear on what he felt we should look to fix now and what could wait. He did not come off as pushy or selling more to us outside what was most important at that time. Danny was amazing and a great communicator and educator on why he felt this needed to be done now versus what could wait and "maybe" be a problem down the road. I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. Danny was able to fix our springs, do a few of the extra fixes we went ahead and proactively took care of. He was timely, very easy to communicate with, friendly and did a great job. Garage was just as it was prior to him arriving and cleaned everything up, and most importantly the door was smooth, operating well and quieter than it was prior. Thanks Danny, you were awesome!
