Ala Woody Hayes - I give 5 stars because I couldn't give 6. Thom came early, took time and spoke with my home warranty folks, and installed a new opener for me faster than the time estimate he gave. He's also a fellow musician, so give him some time off so he can practice and get on stage with me. He's a credit to your organization, and you guys are awesome! Highly recommend!!

I had a couple of other quotes with comparable pricing but what brought them to the top of the list? Their response time is second-to-none. Especially considering it was same-day! And they provided an accurate window for my appointment I called at 8:00am and they arrived within a couple of hours! Our installer, Jacob, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His skillset was fantastic!

Thank you to your whole team who provided prompt and friendly service the same day I called. David Morgan arrived sooner than expected. He went above + beyond to listen to my concerns, thoroughly diagnose the problems and explain in a way I could understand. He walked me through step- by -step and answered all my questions in a very helpful manner. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly he was. We have a very heavy door that the existing motor/opener was not able to support. It was metal grating on metal. David installed a new heavy-duty opener that is so whisper-quiet, I love it!!

Our technician, Walker, arrived during the specified time window to provide same-day service for our dead garage door opener. Walker was professional, courteous, honest and helpful in explaining many options regarding our repair. The service was outstanding. Technician diagnosed the problem quickly, made a reasonable recommendation of repairs and completed the repairs promptly and with high quality. He took time to explain the problem and why the recommended repairs were needed. He made sure everything was working before wrapping up and leaving. Once again Precision Door saves the day! Trevor came out the same day and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain my options as well as additional preventive measures that could be taken. The work was started immediately and completed quickly and even though it was cold outside Trevor had such an amazing attitude and was so patient explaining things to me. Sarah Crowe was always professional, courteous, and kind. If I had a question she was there to answer it and if there was a problem she would make it right!! The price that was quoted to me was the price I got!! She made sure I was satisfied with the entire transaction from start to finish and beyond. Sarah didn’t just do the bare minimum she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. All the while maintaining a professional, kind and thoughtful demeanor. There were no pressure or manipulation tactics. Sarah made sure my transaction ran smoothly. Joe Williams installed my Garage door and motor. Like Sarah he was very professional, kind and courteous. Garage door was installed by Precision so I have always called them when necessary. They where able to schedule service on the same day I called. Technician Dylan Farrington did a great job informing me of cost and what needed to be done in order to fix the door so I could open it. He replaced the spring and parts so now it works great. He was courteous and very professional.

Top notch experience and interaction with Precision Garage Door Service. The technician was phenomenal, highly recommend requesting Dylan Farrington! Unfortunately the previous home owners did a horrible job with the garage repair and it took Dylan triple the time of the original call estimate to repair all the mistakes. He was so committed to fixing it the right and proper way, he even called in back up to assist. Dylan explained in a very detailed but understandable way the problems and issues he found every step of the way. I appreciated being updated. All in all, a wonderful experience and will call them again if I need additional garage repairs. Thank you so much, nice to have a local company who cares about their clients! I’ve used this company in the past at a different house. I got prompt service from an extremely polite tech. He came on time informed me of what needed done. Explain the cost and said which of the items needed done right then and that there were two that could wait iuntil later if I couldn’t do it all at once. We agreed to do all the changes at one time. He provided exemplary service as he knew that this had put a major inconvenience in my plans. The gentleman was extremely polite and courteous and did an excellent job. Imani was great. She couldn’t have been more friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She performed the repair and replacement of our garage spring quickly and correctly. The only downside was the cost. $2,000 seems overpriced for a spring for a contractor grade standard garage door.

Called them out for a repair, during the diagnostic process the opener was damaged . The opener was working when they showed up so they made it right and installed a brand new opener free of charge no questions asked . You can not put a price on integrity!
