We have a Precision’s Door instal our unit a few years age. Today I called in very cold weather when I could get my door to stay shut with the remote. I appreciated the quick response and the friendly service tech. He adjusted my door in a few minutes and left with no charge. I would recommend Precision Door if you need a new system. They are response to your needs.

We were able to easily book online and got an immediate response with a window of 2 to 6 p.m. To my surprise, Brad arrived before 2. He was very courteous and thorough. I cannot speak to the pricing because we needed the job done right away so there was no time for other estimates. He did detail every cost, though, so we knew what we were paying for. The total bill was the same as the estimate and we were happy to get a seven year warranty. He finished the job in about an hour and the door now works seamlessly and without noise.

I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism that I experienced from the initial phone call Jessica was very attentive to my and had a technician scheduled to come out the same day. Imani arrived when they said she would be there she thoroughly explained what needed to be done, presented me with an estimate and only fixed what needed fixed and didn't try to sell me anything. She did an amazing job and thoroughly cleaned the area where she was working. She was was professional, courteous, and very friendly. I will highly recommend your company and her specifically to anyone that asks me for a recommendation for a garage door repair company. The cost was a lot less than I expected as well. Appointment was easy to scheduled. Technician arrived on time. After looking at our garage door and evaluating problem. He explained the materials needed for the repair he then gave us the estimate. Our opener died yesterday morning. It's Saturday, it's cold, and the snow storm was predicted for today. I called a couple places but couldn't get an appointment until who knows when. I called your company and the lady said someone would be here between 12 and 4. I was thrilled! Dillon called on his way. He did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt so bad for him having to work, without gloves, as cold as it was. The door is opening and closing seamlessly. We had used a different company for 37 years, but couldn't be happier with Precision. Thank you!

Same day online appointment that was able to come and fix the problems. Compassionate company that stayed late on a Friday night and repaired the keypad and replaced all the hardware supporting the door top to bottom. I highly recommend using this company! My home is certainly better since calling them!

I will always be a Precision Garage Door customer. I had a problem with my garage door jumping off track in 2025. I called and the Tech showed up in 25 minutes. The tracking issue was resolved in 20 minutes. I had a garage door that would not open last night, this morning and early afternoon. A big snow storm is a day away. Tom came out and resolved the issue in about 25 minutes. We were very appreciative and thankful!!!

The installer (Derek) was very clear about my options to repair or replace the items which were making all the noise when the garage door was going up and down. I am very happy about my my decisions to correct the problems for the long term and not just a bandaid! I have no problem with the work performed and the valuable information behind it all. However, after the work was performed and paid for, the very next day I get an email from you with a $75 off coupon that could've been used on this job or at least it would've been nice had that been on your website. Not sure why I received the coupon after I paid with no coupon/discount applied, which would've been nice and probably keep me as customer. Considering there's other work I may have to get done, and I've used you plenty in the past, in the future I may have to consider looking at other vendors now.
