Cameron was phenomenal. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly determined the problem of our malfunctioning garage door opener. Unfortunately, it was not able to be repaired however, he quickly and effortlessly installed a new one on the same trip. Definitely would recommend Cameron to anyone!

I had a spring break a few days before New Years. I called Precision on my in-laws recommendation. Within 2 hours the tech, Tom, was at my door. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. My door was over 20 years old, so I asked him to just inspect the whole thing. He told me the things that needed done, other things he recommended and things that were still good. I went with his recommendations and 2 hours later it’s like a new door. I highly recommend this company, and Tom was awesome to deal with.

We made an appointment and a technician was able to come out within a day. Tim was incredibly helpful!! He gave an in-depth explanation of what was causing the problem, where the fixes could be made, and options on solutions to those problems. He installed the new system on the same day and gave a detailed walk through of everything afterwards. Everything was very quick and efficient. He was extremely kind and knowledgable while also providing reassurance that Precision could help, should any issues arise. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Walker was awesome! Very informative and easy to talk to! We actually figured out we grew up around the same area! He did a great job walking me through the issue, helping me understand my options with a detailed estimate, completed the work quickly and efficiently and walked me though the set up of the new garage opener at the end! I had a company come out to fix my broken spring on the weekend. Unfortunately they just put in a spring. A month later my door was not tracking right. Called Precision and Cameron came out. He showed me how my rollers, cables and bearings were showing a lot of wear. He showed me the cost and how to maximize the life of my door. 2 hours later my door was looking and running like new. Thank You Cameron!

Fantastic service! Called on Saturday January, 3rd in the morning bc our garage door wouldn’t open. They gave me a window of 12-4pm and came by 1:00pm that same day! The gentleman who serviced our garage was professional and did a wonderful job!

Very expensive and absolutely thieves. Big time over charged me, when I called they said the door remote was 60 dollars but they charged me 180 per remote, pulse 250 for outside keypad. I absolutely don’t recommend this company to anyone. STAY AWAY

This company did an excellent job two and a half years ago installing our new quiet door lift, and when we had some problems recently, they responded immediately. Additionally, their technician, Walker, was competent, efficient, and professional in every way. There is no reason to go any where else! They are the BEST!

Your company came out four years ago and installed a garage door opener, which we couldn’t be more happy with. Last night on New Year’s Eve the spring broke (unrelated to the opener). I took a chance and called on New Year’s Day and was pleasantly surprised someone answered. The technicians came out right away and did a fantastic job! Hats off to Tom and Malachi!!
