Professional, timely, and friendly service. We received snow in the morning and the traffic held Tim up some. He called me to say he was going to be 1/2 late. Upon arrival Tim assessed the broken spring issue and checked out this very old garage door setup. I was pleasantly surprised about how fast he was able to replace the broken spring. He asked me to see the operation of the door to ensure I was happy with the service before making the payment. I highly recommend this company.

The first big snow storm and my garage door breaks. I called the company and they sent a technician out, through the snow and serviced my door. A flag got wrapped around the side wheels pulling the cable off track, resulting in the door coming off the roller. John was able the realign the track, rewrap the coils and get the door properly aligned and working. Very satisfied with the work done. I Appreciate the promptness that this emergency was seen to. Having a garage door that does not close was not an option. Thank you, Debbie

Tim was on time to install my new door. Price for door and installation was a little high, but service was prompt and friendly. Only disappointment (so far ...) was that I ended up having to clean up debris from the garage floor, including a couple of bolts from the installation that would have ruined my tires.

He installed the new opener and corrected faults from the older units installation to ensure proper operation of the new unit. It was Sunday afternnon and my family and I were ready to head out for dinner. Our garage door spring was inop. I called Percision at 6:30 and received a confirmation for emergency service between 9-11 Pm. Gary arrives at about 7:20 and was very courteous and quick at diagnosing the problem and giving me an estimate for the repair. We agreed on price and he go to work. In just over an hour he was completely finished and the door was working perfectly!! Thanks Garya and thanks Percision! I'm one completely satisfied customer.
