John, the Service Tech, explained the problem to me, gave prices for repair and a new opener, and explained the benefits of each option. I had called Precision Door Service last week for an emergency when our garage door spring broke making our door unable to open and their technician came out at 8pm same day and replaced the door springs. I had wanted to get a new door opener then, but the opener was working fine so we left it alone. The garage door opener bit the dust this morning when I was leaving for work and Precision Door Service came same afternoon and replaced the garage door opener. It was a pretty cold day but they got the job done. Thanks, Precision Door Service!

Tim came to our rescue on the coldest day of the year after a garage spring break. Four hours later he had replaced our previous opner with a new belt drive, repaired the springs, replaced the keyless entry system and the in-garage control and programned three remotes! He worked for four hours. Tim was courteous,professional and efficient. He is an outstanding asset to your company!
