Service was outstanding. I live in the Brandon neighborhood of Dublin. Got home from work and my garage door spring busted trapping one of my vehicles inside. Made the call to Precision and Gregg was out within an hour. He was extremely professional, knew exactly what he was doing and worked fast. About another hour later I had an entire assembly installed and my garage door is working better than ever. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Called your company based off a web search. Your ad said 7 day a week service,and I really needed my garage fixed today. I called at 8:39AM and my garage was good as new by 11AM. Fantastic service, good prices, and a great employee! Jason replaced the springs, and did some other maintenance on my garage and opener. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door service needs. Our technician, Gregg was on-time, quickly assessed the problem we were having with our door and made the necessary adjustments to bring it back into good operating order, all within about 30 min. He was very friendly and provided me with some maintenance tips to follow to keep the door in operating order. He also, at my request provided me with some options to consider when it becomes time to look at actually replacing the door. At no time did he try to sell me on a new door or opener. I will use Precision again the next time we need service or when it is time to replace our door or opener.
