In a word...Yes! This is how you run a successful business. Joe was fantastic all around, starting with a call ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he took some time to ask me what I was looking for, really listened, assessed the garage environment, explained the process, drafted three options, and was done installing a new garage door opener within an hour. Hey carpet, window, and roofing companies...pay attention over here. No pressure sales. No haggling over a price. No calling a manager back at the office to see if the price can be specially lowered "just this one time." No hour long sales pitch trying to convince me Precision's products are better than the competition's. This is how you do it. This is how quality customer service is prioritized over increased profit margins. You could learn a couple dozen things from this company.

Able to get a tech out the same day I called. Garage door sensors quit working and he offered to fix my old ones for a cheaper price or to put in new ones… I took the new ones. Tech was very nice and personable and fixed the issue. Told me what was going on etc.

David did an awesome job installing two new garage door opener motors today with remotes including syncing these two with an existing door opener. He arrived when scheduled, prepared & completed the job in a few hours. He needed a couple things which another truck brought to him so he didn't have to leave this job (that's so smart to have that option set up by this company).
