The technician Dustin Keaton was excellent. I have electronics/computer background and wanted detailed information about what had happened to the remote function. Dustin explained it clearly (and helped me fix it); he obviously understands the equipment well. He is knowledgable and courteous. The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. Precision answered the telephone immediately and scheduled a technician within a couple hours. David M arrived on time and was very courteous, clean and conscientious. David thoroughly explained the options available with the cost of each. His work was outstanding and the garage door operated better than new. We were so pleased we had him replace the springs on our single bay door. Adam did a great job of repairing the garage door gasket. He also suggested a new entry programmer that was the same brand as the opener. He also adjusted the tension on my single car door so it stays up securely. All in all I couldn't be more pleased with Precision and Adam the technician all very professional. The Technician, Anthony was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and at no time tried to do a hard sell such as some technicians might try. I found Precision with a simple Google search and I am glad I did. It was very easy to set up my appointment via the website. I immediately received a confirmation email and my techs name. The day of service, I received a call as my tech was leaving his last job and heading my way. The tech looked at the job and advised what was best for us to do. There was no trying to sell us new doors or openers, just honest advise about the best way forward. The tech had the stuff he needed to complete the job with him and after a short while BOTH of my garage doors were fixed and in better shape that when they were initially installed by our builder. I would 100% recommend this service they were great.

The original repair person came out on Friday night without the tools necessary to complete the project. We rescheduled for Saturday evening and the repairs were completed. Sunday morning when I opened the garage door the cables came loose on one side of the door. I called and asked for a warranty call back and original they wanted to schedule the warranty work for Monday. After a little encouragement from me the work was scheduled and completed on Sunday....no issues so far. The whole experience could have been great IF the work was completed on Friday as scheduled.

Tom came and together we assessed some options for a new opener. I initially suggested a Jackshaft, which Tom agreed would be a good decision, but went over less-expensive options. After determining that a Jackshaft would be optimal for the way my home was constructed, he quickly and efficiently installed my new Genie 6170H-B Jackshaft. After installation, he went over the details on how the opener operates, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He cleaned up everything he brought into my garage, including my old opener. Extremely impressed with the professionalism Tom showed, which has been the standard every time I've had the need to work with Precision.
