The technician was knowledgeable and helpful, and even helped with programming my built-in opener buttons in my vehicles after installation. I must be candid however regarding product cost. This product routinely retails for around $400. Even allowing for estimated cost of installation labor (which was not itemized), the markup was around 300%!

A bracket on my garage door broke t 4:00pm on Friday preventing my door from opening. I called Precision at 4:15pm Friday and they told me they would have someone come over between 6p-10p Friday. The technician arrived at 5:30pm Friday and was finished fixing my door by 6:10pm Friday. He clearly explained the problem and told me how he was going to repair it. I chose Precision because I had used them before and was happy with the service.
