The installation is professional but the price is outrageous! Can you imagine the spring cost $163 each and it was suggested to have two installed! Ask for a handy man to do the job rather than get gouged be the cost of the parts! Avoid if you can! The cost of the spring shouldn't cost more than $100 for the pair rather than $326 for the pair plus the cost of installation. I will make sure this review gets posted on other third party review site to benefit a fair opinion on the repair service.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision. Our garage door spring broke the day after Christmas, and I was able to contact Precision and make an appointment for the next day. John, the service technician, arrived within 15 minutes of the start of the appointment window (they provided a two hour window), reviewed the situation (he seemed very knowledgeable), replaced the springs and serviced the door. All within about half an hour of arrival. And the price was quite reasonable for the products and service provided. I will continue to use Precision for all future garage door needs, and would highly recommend them to others.

We searched the internet and picked your company for two reasons: 1) Same day repair 2) The excellent reviews from customers. The customers were right. I loved that on your confirmation email that you provided a picture of the service technician's and who were be coming to do the repair. Don't think i have ever seen that done before. We called the company at 3:00 PM two days before Christmas and they were able to scheduled us for that very evening. The emergency repair charge was actually cheaper than others. Gary was actually 1/2 hr earlier than scheduled. Very pleasant individual and knew his stuff. The garage doors had come off the tracks. He corrected the issue quickly and explained what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. I was able to go to bed that night not having to worry about the garage door being open all night and into the next day.

John did an excellent job on my garage door springs. He suggested placing 2 springs instead of just replacing the 1 so that there was not as much pressure on the door. The door is now a lot easier to lift manually. Thanks John for a job well done.

Professional, timely, and friendly service. We received snow in the morning and the traffic held Tim up some. He called me to say he was going to be 1/2 late. Upon arrival Tim assessed the broken spring issue and checked out this very old garage door setup. I was pleasantly surprised about how fast he was able to replace the broken spring. He asked me to see the operation of the door to ensure I was happy with the service before making the payment. I highly recommend this company.

The first big snow storm and my garage door breaks. I called the company and they sent a technician out, through the snow and serviced my door. A flag got wrapped around the side wheels pulling the cable off track, resulting in the door coming off the roller. John was able the realign the track, rewrap the coils and get the door properly aligned and working. Very satisfied with the work done. I Appreciate the promptness that this emergency was seen to. Having a garage door that does not close was not an option. Thank you, Debbie

Tim was on time to install my new door. Price for door and installation was a little high, but service was prompt and friendly. Only disappointment (so far ...) was that I ended up having to clean up debris from the garage floor, including a couple of bolts from the installation that would have ruined my tires.

Eric, our technician, was on time (actually early), polite and professional. He did a great job of diagnosing then fixing the problem. Eric exhibits pride in his work which is a trait lost with many in the service industry today. He installed the new opener and corrected faults from the older units installation to ensure proper operation of the new unit.
