We had a garage door problem on Sat. evening.....We needed to get the car out. Who do you call on the weekend??? My neighbor suggested Precision. I went on line and looked--24 hour service at no extra charge! The technician came out Sunday morning on time. Gave us a diagnosis and suggest an overhaul for less. He was great, finished earlier than expected, and gave us very good tips. The service was not cheap----but very good.

I was very pleased. John arrived within an hour of my call, and quickly assessed that the spring had broken. Further, as he investigated he found that the center bearing was out-of-code. He had all the parts on the truck, and quickly repaired the door. He also gave some good maintenance advice. VERY happy.

I got off work at 2 pm, then at 3 pm my garage door spring broke and my truck was trapped in the garage ! I had to be back to work at 2 am,Precision said they would be here at 8 pm,and to my surprise they were here at 6 pm. They did a fine job on the garage door spring and I was on my way to work again.

The cable on my garage door broke on Friday. I called Precision Door Service Friday evening. A service man arrived Saturday early afternoon. He examined the damage and gave me an estimated cost for the work. Service rate for weekend work is the same as weekdays. He did not tried to sell me anything extra. The work was completed in a couple of hours. We were very happy with their service. Highly recommended!!!!

I saw your ad in the YPs I liked that you provided same day service and your credentials. Eric was very polite and explained what was discovered after his assessment. My spring had snapped, 1 cable was weak, and I needed new drums. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. I was a little taken back by the cost, but with all that I had done, I am satisfied.
