The technician, John, was very helpfull explaining the repair to the broken spring. I had a complete overhall done in 2001 and this was the first time I needed a service call. John answered all of my questions concerning the operation of the garage door.

John installed a new lift master garage opener. He was prompt and had the new opener in the truck, was able to make the installation the same day. The new belt driven opener is much quieter.Very happy with the service.

I originally used Hamilton Parker. But knew they were not around any more. I looked in the phone book and saw your name (Precision) with a $15 rebate. The listing in the book looked very well presented. Yes, I took a chance and called. I talked with Allison and she was very professional on the phone. Answered all my questions. Gave me a time of between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Your tech arrived just after 10:00 am. Amazed me.Tim explained everything to me and recommended the overhaul. As it would be the best way considering the age of my door. Half way through I could tell that this was not his first rodeo. No wasted movements. He was in and out in about an hour. Tim is a great asset to your company. I will definitely recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors.Tim performed the work as if it was his garage door being done. To put it in a nut shell (if it were possible) I am VERY WELL PLEASED with the work performed by Tim. Worth every cent. I am confident that this door will now last another 15 + years. Service technician showed up on time, gave us options for repairing and/or replacing our garage door. We decided to go with a new door. He was courteous and very professional. The door looks great and is so much quieter than our previous door. With the added insulation I'm sure it will also keep the garage warmer.

Eric also explained the different type of metal doors to choose from when we can afford a replacement, as well as, pointing out that our rollers are good and do not need to be replaced.
