It was Sunday afternnon and my family and I were ready to head out for dinner. Our garage door spring was inop. I called Percision at 6:30 and received a confirmation for emergency service between 9-11 Pm. Gary arrives at about 7:20 and was very courteous and quick at diagnosing the problem and giving me an estimate for the repair. We agreed on price and he go to work. In just over an hour he was completely finished and the door was working perfectly!! Thanks Garya and thanks Percision! I'm one completely satisfied customer.

John was on time very nice person. He explained the problems and how he could repair the garage door opener. He replaced the spring, center plate, pair of drums right and left and balanced the door.
