Precision Door was great!!! Called to get an estimate on Friday and had an appt for the next day. John arrived promptly for the appointment and was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start. We decided to buy the garage door and opener on that day. The process was very smooth and once the door was in, scheduling was easy and fast. Had the garage door and opener installed today. Absolutely love my garage door, looks great and the functionality is flawless! And cannot say enough good things about John. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a perfectionist when it comes to installation! Five stars to John and Precision Door!

I called precision doors Saturday nite at 830, by 915 they were at my house to fix my broken spring on my garage door, they finished just after 10, and I was in bed by 1030 sleeping like a baby, not having to worry about being able to get out of my garage the next morning.

Today is Saturday, March 28th. We opened the garage door with the opener like normal, but heard a load bang. The spring had broken. The door is a very heavy wooden door and it was all my wife and I could do to open it from the inside. I'm sure that we could not have opened it from outside with no handles. I called around to several door companies that I had dealt with in the past, but no one was open. I called Precision and was told that John would be out within 2 1/2 hours. John came in about 45 minutes and repairs were made within about 1 hour. I could not be happier with their service. I would highly rate them and will use them again when I replace these wooden doors. Excellent service!
