Our garage door was popping up when we tried to close it. We expected the opener would need to be replaced. First he checked the existing cables, tracks, sensors, etc. He adjusted a sagging cable and the opening height. He found the track was shimmying and suggested adding a stabilizing bracket. The adjustments and new bracket fixed the problem for little more than the cost of a service call. When we actually do need a replacement, we will call Precision again.

The service call was prompt and our technician efficient. In fact he called and inquired about coming early as he was running ahead of schedule. Our garage was repaired within an hour of his arrival. I would definitely use precision again if the need arises.

Service was excellent, professional, courteous and efficient. Repair was completed within 2 hours of my initial call. On Saturday the sixth I had an appointment with precision to get my garage door fixed. On the chat the previous day the technician noted he would possibly be here no later than 11:00 am. But to my surprise I was the first appointment. The technician Tom called and said he would be here promptly at 9. He showed up a little before 9. He came in and assessed the door. He was also very polite and kind. After assessing the door. He told me I didn't need a new door. I had feared I needed a new one because I had had a competitor to yours look at my door previously and they said it had to be replaced. So I was relieved. After that he quoted me a price. Worked hard and got it finished in an hour. Very satisfied and happy to receive service from your company. Thank you.

I'm especially happy that I could get service on Sunday. A spring on the door broke and we were unable to get the door open to get the cars out to go to work on Monday. Alex assessed the issues with the door and explained everything to me along with the cost. He worked as if he really knew what he was doing as he adapted and installed current materials onto a 50 plus year old door. He said he likes challenges like that. The door works perfectly and is much quieter now. I will definitely contact you again if I need service.

We had Precision replace our garage door opener and had a very good experience from start to finish. I called and they were able to come out the same afternoon. The person I spoke to on the phone(Destiny) and the tech(Derrick) that did the install were both very friendly, helpful and professional. The opener was installed quickly and works great. What a great job your company is doing! This sounds a little silly, but working with your company and service tech (Derrick) today, was easily the BEST customer service experience I've had in years. We were at Disney last week - and not even Disney matched the experience I had today. My garage door opener broke this morning, leaving the door hanging part open, part closed. I called Precision early this afternoon. A real live person answered almost immediately; very nice and professional. I gave her only my name, and told her I'd used your services before - and that I had a garage door issue. She immediately confirmed my address, phone number and email address (all of which was correct) -- and scheduled Derrick to arrive between 2:00 - 4:00. I immediately received a confirmation email, confirming the technician and his photo. By 1:30, I received a phone call from the technician to tell me he was on his way. He arrived by 2:00. I found Derrick to be very nice, friendly, professional, knowledgable and obviously skilled at what he was doing. He immediately diagnosed the problem (showing me visual evidence of the problem) - and offered me a solution. In the end, he was very efficient, no pressure, very upfront -- offering two different solutions and fixed the problem (installing a new garage door opener). He actually did such a good job - I asked him to replace the other garage door opener, that wasn't even broken, but was just as old. He did so -- having to make a second trip back to the shop and returned to add the second opener. All in all -- extremely well done. Beth (owner) -- congratulations to you and your team for putting together an amazing service with quality employees. A very tall order for any business, big or small, in today's environment. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who asked. All the best. Thank you for a very unexpected and pleasant customer experience today.
