I feel like I was totally ripped off. The technician was prompt, professional, neat, and quick. But the price was a complete ripoff. I would never recommend this company in a million years. Just an FYI for those wanting to throw their money away, they charge about 325 plus dollars an hour for labor. Live and learn, I will never consider this company for future business and it’s my opinion you shouldn’t either.

We had a garage door opener that, after being moved and re-installed by a drywall installer, appeared to be dead. Dustin came to our house, asked me to describe what was and wasn't happening and then began to troubleshoot the issues. Within a half hour, we were up and running again.

On Saturday, our garage door got stuck when the torsion spring broken. We called many services in town but no one open. Luckily we found Precision Door Service on Google. The receptionist was very kind and polite. She offered for help right away. The technician was very professional. Our door had come off of the track, and Tim fixed it. He also found another issue with the door that would have been a huge deal in the future and would have potentially cost a lot of money. He reviewed with us what the issue was, and what it would cost to fix it. So glad he saved us from a future garage door disaster! Great company. They totally honored a life time warrenty from a purchase 14 years ago. Spring broke and they came same day and worked late to finish the job. Our heavy wood door is 35 years old. They suggested new steel door but no pressure. Prices are great. People are great. Hard to find a company this good these days. 5 star for sure.

Found a broken spring on Friday afternoon. Called Precision Door Service (they installed the original set back in 2004) and the spring was replaced within 24 hours. The technician lubricated all the working parts and was done in about an hour. Fast, reliable service and a very competent technician. Five stars for all parts and workmanship. Thank you for the prompt service, even on a weekend.
