David was on time .....he was called to do a 2 year check up on a garage door we purchased from Precision. He was very efficient checking out everything and lubricating all parts that needed to be lubricated. He also told me how to lubricate the door parts every 6 months. Tom arrived within an hour of my call this morning to identify why my door wouldn't fully close and proceeded to fix the problem. Sadly my 20 year old opener died while he was working. Unfortunately my opener was 20 years old and parts weren’t going to be an easy find, although David the technician tried. I ended up purchasing a new opener and while I wasn’t happy with the high price that was charged the workmanship, courtesy and professionalism was much appreciated! Alex was our technician. He was very polite and courteous the whole time and called ahead to let us know his expected arrival time. He came to replace a broken spring which was under warranty and indicated I needed new bearings for the spring assembly because they were grinding. Not surprised as the door is 22 years old. He replaced the broken spring and the bad bearings, adusted the door opener and lubricated all the rollers, etc. He did an excellent and professional job quickly and I am very pleased with the results. I recommended this company to my neighbor just last week and she is very happy with the response time and repair! I would definitely recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors.

Very pleased with the prompt service we received. Our garage door spring broke and Tim, the service guy, was to be here between noon and 2:00 p.m. the same day I called. He arrived at noon, saw the problem and fortunately for us, we had had a complete door overhaul done about 10 1/2 year ago, so the door still was covered under the warranty. Therefore, it cost me only a service call. He was finished and gone all within 30 minutes or less. Would definitely recommend this company highly.
