My service tech Tom arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and thorough in determining the problem with my garage door opener. He repaired it and even did a quick maintenance check and oiled the springs to make sure the garage door operated more smoothly. I really appreciated the extra effort and although this time I only needed a new garage door remote, I will definitely us Precision Garage Door when the need arises.

Did not consider advertising. Got Precision's name via google. Tom was prompt and knowlegeable. He gave me a figure to replace my door opener. The new opener and necessary parts were in his truck. The job was done an hour or so later, only a few hours after my first call to Precison. The new opener works well. "Please let us know...." what? I give the job done and Tom 5s.

I am so happy we chose Precision for our new garage door. Everything went flawlessly. Ead, who came to give us our new door estimate, was prompt, friendly and professional. The price was great for the size door we needed, so we yes on the spot. Our appointment was set for one week later. I had a question about our service, so I contacted customer service via email, and Liz was excellent as well. Colin installed our door, and just like Ead and Liz, he was very friendly, prompt and professional. He cleaned up the area after he was done, and the door looks amazing! We definitely made the right choice. Every person we had contact with during this was great. Thank you all very much for the beautiful new door, and also the excellent service. I'll recommend you to everyone.

Outstanding, from start to finish. I think I saw your ad on TV, yesterday, but not sure what channel. I thought yeah, that's something I've been wanting to do. He made sure it was all lined up, lubricated, and secure, and so it's very quiet and works real smooth. So I am VERY happy.

Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the door system and said the opening spring was not correct for the door. He replaced the spring and properly secured the open track back on the wall and lubed and adjusted the door. I was pleased with the prompt service and would use Alex and your company for any future needs.

They sent out crew to my house a couple of hours after my call. The technicians installed a new garage door opener and spring system. I was very pleased with the crew’s work and professionalism. we called Precision Door Services because our garage door broke, they were very prompt when they stated what time they would arrive, the technician was very nice and professional. found out that we needed 2 springs the last place only fixed 1 since there was only 1 originally installed.

Pleased with the technician and his patience :). The new rollers have quieted the opening and closing of the door quite a bit. Realized the next day however, that when he reprogrammed the remote in the garage that he forgot, and we didn't remember either to reprogram the opener on the outside of the garage door and the opener in our car. I hired Precision this time because several years ago the wire broke and someone from Precision came and fixed it. He was professional and I liked it. Since then I have hired other company/handyman to fix different problems. Now it was time to get a new garage door, my house is almost 30 years old, and I chose Precision and I am glad I did. They called me ahead and got here on time. They wore clean uniform and very polite. Their job was done without any debris. Friendly attitude and sincere. Ead arrived on time, diagnosed our problem - a broken spring that was installed 25 years ago in 1995 resulting in a broken cable. Ead professionally completed his work replacing both springs and installing new cables and ball bearings in a couple of hours. Thanks, Ead!!

Very pleased with this company. My service tech was Alex and he takes customer service to a new level. Super friendly and very informative as he went through the install. Went over everything in detail and happily answered any and all questions I had. Our new opener installed works great and is way more quieter than our old one. Contacted them at 1 on a Saturday and Alex was there at 2:30 same day. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this company. Any work I have in the future I will for sure use them and ask for Alex.
