We needed to have a spring replace. Dustin came the same day and replace the spring very quickly. He was very friendly and professional. We have had replacing the door on our list to do. Dustin was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and we ended up ordering a new door. Will be back to update our experience once that has been installed.

Our garage door suddenly stopped working and I searched for local places to repair, precision door service was the first suggested. I was able to chat with Holly online on Friday evening and get an appointment for the next day! Technician Dustin called when he was on his way and was very personable/professional the whole time. For the amount of parts needed to repair I felt the price was fair. I would definitely recommend precision doors!

This company is all about customer service. My garage door self destructed so i called Precision. They were here within 90 minutes and had it fixed within about an hour. Good Job !!!!

Tim was right on time and was very helpful. He evaluated our issue and got right to work fixing it. He did a great job of not only talking us through it, but also showing us (how to program the remotes, keypad, etc.). Precision will definitely be our first call if we have any issues with our garage.

Tim originally install my new garage door opener in July 2017, and did a great job. We just had our garage floor tourn out, and a new concrete floor poured. The door wouldn't go down all the way, due to the new floor being higher than the old one, which had dropped and cracked. Tim adjusted rails and down stop sensor, and the door functions correctly now. Tim pointed out a split in the door where the bracket that moves the door up and down, and that the original springs were looking like they may be going soon. We'll probably just have a new door, rails and springs installed in the not to distant future. We'll be calling Tim back to remove old door, and install new one.

I saw your ad on TV. My garage door was not always closing the way its supposed to. Your repair man said it was probably 17 years old. I figured he was probably right. So its replaced with a quieter, more efficient one. I even had a wall mounted security control installed in case someone needs to get in like the police or fire dept. They can go in through the garage (if I remember to leave the back door unlocked.) My installer was friendly and efficient.

Tim, a technician for RAPP Operations/Precision Door Service, did a great job installing a new LiftMaster belt-driven garage door opener and new garage door rollers. He also replaced a broken hinge he discovered while making minor repairs to a lower garage door panel. The entire job was done in less than an hour and a halve. The belt driven unit, along with the new nylon garage door rollers, was indeed very quite-- could barely hear it compared to the previous chain drive unit. The reason I gave 4 stars vs five stars (the job Tim did was clearly worthy of a five) was due to the amount charged for the parts replaced. However, after to speaking with RAAP's office manager, a reasonable adjustment was made to the final invoice. I was very satisfied with the overall service provided by RAPP/Precision Door Service.

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night at 10:30 PM. Saturday morning 9 AM looking through web pages I saw Precisions web site and was very impressed after watching their videos and reading helpful information that they shared there. Next when I called them at 9:30 AM Sat morning the person answering the phone put me at rest and instilled trust for me in the company. She gave me a window of time that they could be there today 2 to 4 or 2 to 6 I can not remember now but I said that would be so great. Now came the best part, Alex E called AT 2 PM and said he was on his way and would be there in about 15 minutes if that would be good for me. When he arrived he was so professional mask gloves and more. All I can say is that he is so truly good with older people. Also when he arrived he looked things over and gave me 3 estimates of what we could go with and let me pick the one I was comfortable with. Also showed the reason for the each of the estimates, my door is 17 years old. Alex E is the reason I am writing this review thank you for having great service people represent your company... I am so happy with the work he did and how nice of a young man was.

I called this morning and service man called and was at my home at appointed time. We decided to replace the opener completely. He programed all my remotes and both cars. Very good service neat and tidy. Payment and statements were all handled professionally. I would recommend this company in the future.

Called and received service the same day. Everyone was friendly and professional, from Danielle who called me to set up the appt. to Dustin who came out and replaced our garage door opener. Dustin did a great job, explained the problem, gave me options andinstalled a new garage door opener. When he was finished he took the time to explain how everything worked and answered all my questions. I was very happy to have such quick service and I appreciated how nice everyone was to work with.

Precision was very responsive with rapid service and new unit installation. The door works well, is very quiet and the phone app for entry will be a positive for our family. Unfortunately I was unprepared for the 20% additional cost, or about $150, on the final invoice for a new track, fleet transportation and additional supplies. Apparently the verbal quote on which I made my decision was for the unit and openers only. It's unlikely I would have proceeded with the installation if I'd been made aware of the full cost as the initial service call fee is quite nominal; and costs from the onset were significantly higher than those provided by big box stores. It can be argued the Liftmaster is a better quality, and Precisions immediate and quality service is of value, but in the end the final cost was not disclosed prior to installation. Consumer bummer.

I really appreciate the professionalism and care given to me by your employees. The motor on my garage door opener (26 years old) finally died.
