Neighborhood Facebook group recommended Precision and I was not disappointed. The technician tried to repair my opener but concluded it was not possible due to its age of 25 years. He clearly explained 3 options for a new opener, had all the parts with him, and had the whole thing done in less than one hour. He also left a printed brochure and two working remotes. No complaints and I definitely recommend!

Dustin Keaton was a delight and a definite asset to Precision Door Service. He did a wonderful job, very professional and explained everything. Dustin replaced the sensors and I am not sure if what he replaced is called the springs or rollers. That is why I left "Purchase a new Product" blank. On Invoice it says Fleet Transportation and Genie Safety Eyes.

Spring snapped last night. Called Precision based on recommendation from neighbors. Glad I did! OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TECH! Came out next morning at 9 AM. Complete rebuild of 7-year old parts on garage door. New 7 year warranty. Price fair. Kayne the tech was excellent, explaining all that he did, pricing options, and warranty. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION DOOR!!!

Precision did a great job. My tech, Matt was professional, friendly, informative and a great guy to have at my home. He explained all the options and allowed me to choose. I had a partial rebuild of my pulleys and door system to include new springs. It rolls like its new. Precision was not the least expensive option, but I believe that it was a great choice.

Tim was able to quickly determine the problem with my old opener and indicated a new opener was needed. It was installed in a very short time and Tim provided an explanation for all of the items included with the new opener. But today Kayne Sickler from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came to my home to work on my garage door and totally exceeded my expectations. From his courtesy call and friendly “Good Morning” to making sure I didn’t stand in the cold too long, how could I not take the time to write a glowing review? Kayne certainly seems to know his job, was efficient and explained everything to me before he did it. He gave me options for all items so I could make informed decisions before purchasing, performed the work correctly and cleaned up so I wouldn’t have known a workman had even been in my garage. Who could ask for more? Oh, did I mention he arrived early too? I can’t wait to tell all my friends about Precision. Precision rocks!

I was looking for someone close to my home. I called to have a broken spring replaced, knowing I would replace both of them. I didn’t expect the cost (Sticker Shock) but we elected to have the repair done anyway.

Service technician did not have the parts for a specified project. Told me it would be rescheduled for the next day. They never added me to the schedule so obviously my business is not important to them.
