The technician was on time and courteous. He inspected the door, found the problem, and presented me with repair options. He told me which one he thought would be best and why, but there was never any pressure and none of the options presented included replacing any working part or doing more than was needed. He then did the necessary repair as well as a couple of minor adjustments to make the door work more smoothly. He did quality work, and the door now works great. I would definitely use Precision again in the future and will recommend them to any friend or neighbor who has a problem with their garage door.

Had a cable break on our garage door late afternoon trapping my car inside. Called Precision and they had a technician out the next morning at 8:00am. He called to confirm at 7:40am that he was on his way.(that was nice). I originally thought I could replace the cable myself, so glad I called a Precision. The tech had to do so much more than I ever imagined to safely replace the cable. He did it all quickly and professionally and he was very cordial and polite. No regrets. Well worth it.

Garage door repair was done by an excellent tech, Tim. He actually was correcting and repairing what another craigslist "garage door repairman" had screwed up with my door! I called Precision Door at 3:40p, and the service technician was here at 4:00p! Wow. Now that's fast service. The tech was friendly and answered all my questions as I watched him work. Within 20 minutes, he had fixed my crooked garage door, put in a new lag screw that had been missing, adjusted the brackets back into position, and had my door back to new. I couldn't be happier.

I would give you a 5 star rating. The serviceman was prompt (same day WOW), friendly and did a good job. I can tell that the part he replaced is doing a great job because the door opener is much quieter and doesn't sound like it is straining. I have to admit the price was total sticker shock, but when I called about it, the person answering the phone gave a good explanation and waived the service charge. I would definitely recommend you to others.

I called Precision Door after reading multiple reviews. Mike Klaiber was the technician that they sent to give me an estimate. He was very professional and explained my options and answered all of my questions(pro/cons & pricing). Mike installed the New Garage door same day and did a very nice job on the installation. He then explained all of the maintenance that I should do for longevity of the door, rollers, and springs. While he was here he also worked on my shop door and it is working significantly better. I would recommend Precision Doors and especially Mike Klaiber.

My garage door spring had broken at 330pm. I contacted Precision at 340pm. I was told that they had an opening for service between 4-6pm. Tim arrived at 420pm and was done installing the work at 5pm. I don't think it can get any better than that. Great job Tim!
