Precision installed two springs ten years ago. One, due to no fault of their own, was defective. The cone attached to the spring detached. When I called, their technicians could not come until the next day. I called a competitor and they came and fixed the door by replacing the defective spring. I called Precision and they sent out a representative to inspect the defective spring. They agreed that it was defective and even though it was ten years old, reimbursed me for the money I had spent. This is outstanding customer service and a real blessing to us.

Saw advertisements on TV about your service trucks being fully supplied, which was the reason I contacted your company. It was simple to set up an appointment with a LiveChat. Also, to change the appointment, no trouble. Technician was very professional, informed and polite. Work was done quickly and neatly considering old mechanisms (springs, cables, rollers, gasket, etc.) had to be removed and new ones installed. Expectations were met. I was very impressed and would recommend Precision to anyone.

I was not happy with the garage door opener they installed. I told sales guy that we wanted one that would tell us when the door was opened or closed and Wifi. They did a great job installing the new door but the insulation of the opener and how it works not good at all

My garage door was not operating correctly and I realized that I had a broken torsion spring. Called Precision on Friday evening and scheduled a service call for Sunday. Received a call on Saturday morning informing me that they would be able to come out that Saturday afternoon if I was available. David, the service tech, called to let me know when he would arrive. He looked everything over and let me know what was needed and the cost. He and his assistant Austin, got everything installed in a short amount of time and my door is working perfectly again.

Where Precision excelled even more, though, was in their customer service. A few months later, I had a small problem with the door and they came the next day and took care of the problem with no extra charge. When my automatic garage door failed to open, I called Precision Door Services because they had provided excellent service on a prior visit. I was given a two-hour window in which to expect my service repair person. About half way into that "window", Jason called to let me know he was on his way, but, since he was on the other side of town, it would take him a while to get to my house. I appreciated that notification and the extra time wasn't a problem for me. I was pleased to discover that my technician was the same young man who had serviced my garage door before. He was very personable and efficient in his work. He also reminded me that I had a service warranty so the call would not cost me anything - nice surprise! I will definitely recommend Precision Door Service to all of my friends.
