My name is Tom Palmer. I've lived in Grove City all of my life. I have a 19 year old son and a 15 year old daughter. I have previously worked in the residential construction business. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach and working on anything from dirtbikes and motorcycles, to race cars and trucks.

I have seen your commercials for years so you were the first call I made! I called in the evening but there were appointments available as early as the next day. Tom P. was my technician and he did a great job on all fronts - he called in advance and arrived when he said he would, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, listened, explained everything clearly and the installation was flawless - after new springs, cables and bearings, my 30 year doors sound brand new! He even offered to haul away an old garage door opener rail I had stored in my garage. 5 stars all the way around!

The spring on our garage door broke. We couldn’t get our cars out. Precision was onsite in less than two hours! Tom did a great job. My garage door was not operable and I called Precision Overhead Door. Technician Tom Palmer came within 2 days and he discovered safety camera alignment was the problem. I asked if he could install a keypad while he was here and he did within 15 minutes. I was happy to get a service call based on my schedule and also that it was a minor problem. Technician Palmer was professional and courteous and knowledgeable in resolving the problem. I recommend Precision Overhead Door to solve any issue you have with your garage door opener.

I called for a simple adjustment to the belt on my garage door opener. It worked fine but in the mindset of preventative maintenance I called Precision to come take a look at it. It turned into trying to sell me a 700.00 service or a 1000.00 service. I think it is preposterous that they charge 209.95 to tighten the belt, tighten a few screws and spray some lubricant. I will definitely check out competition before I call this company again. The only positive thing about the visit was the technician Tom he was very polite.

The whole process from the start was very easy. Tom was my scheduled technician. He called soon after my initial call to Precision. He gave me an estimated time, and arrived a few minutes early. Columbus was on a level 2 snow emergency which Precision still made the appointment without issues. Tom was very professional and explained several options for me to choose from. He gave me an estimated time to finish which he was accurate on. Excellent workmanship. Door works much better and quieter than before. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing Garage door service.

This company is the very best!! They were able to get to our home the very same day we called. Since we had an older spring system that needed special parts, we opted to replace it. He got it done in about 90 minutes. Very nice and very professional. Will definitely use them again if our other older door breaks. We highly recommend Precision!!
