I called on a Sunday evening at 7:38 p.m and we were told serviceman would be there between 8-10. We received a call about 7:50 that technician was on way. Repair was completed etc within an hour of the initial call. Appreciate prompt & professional response to our need. Will call again if needed and recommend to others.

I appreciated being able to get service the next day. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He left the space cleaner than it was before. I love the new garage door opener. Very pleased with the response time and the service. Just wish the price for a new opener was a little lower.

I had used you before and was very pleased with my 5 STARS service. My service tech was on time, very nice, knew his stuff! He checked out the problem with the garage door and it wasn't as serious as I thought. Door had not been used since 2/9/2015, hadn't driven my car due to surgery. After a few tries it finally went up but would not come back down so I had to close it manually. Tom, I think that's his name had the problem solved in a few minutes. sprayed the hinges and other parts as well as checked out the spring, etc. Door was probably frozen to the ground when I first used it. I'm so glad I called because now it's not noisy going up and down. And if it happens again I'll know what to do. Thank you so much.

I needed my garage door fixed ASAP and I called Precision Door and they immediately came out that same day. The Tech was very professional and courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. The only problem is now I can't lock my garage. I didn't check it before the technician left because I had to go somewhere but when I put my car in the garage and went to lock it, the garage door doesn't come down far enough for me to slide the lock in place. But other than that I would definitely recommend Precision door to anyone!

I had an emergency on a Saturday. I didn't realize my trunk door was up and I back out of the garage, hitting the garage door, knocking it off the hinges. Your repair person came out the next morning (He would have come out that day if I had wanted him to), and we evaluated that we needed a new door because it was so old. He is now here putting in the new door. The entire process went so quickly and effortlessly- The girl I talked to on the phone was more than helpful and considerate, and the gentleman who is doing the work is very professional and accommodating.. I have ALREADY recommended this company to several people. You were great.

We liked knowing who are tech was going to be. Tom was very professional and did a good job. We expected that our new garage door installation would include the weather stripping around the door opening and the security lock on the inside since that had been our previous experience with another company. We were disappointed that that turned out not to be the case. But overall we were very satisfied and would recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

In regards to the weather stripping, it has always been our practice at Precision to sell the piece as a separate item, as not every situation or customer requires new weather stripping. We did install and sell you the weather stripping with a $50 discount. As for the security lock, there was no mention of you requesting this item but we would be happy to provide you with any accessories you may need. technician was nice, on time. I have a feeling that I was over-sold on the repair. Did the repair really need to have all that work done? I don't know.
Hello Denise, I am glad that we were able to take care of your issue and repair your garage door. I wanted to take a moment to provide further detail regarding your repair. We always recommend replacing both springs even though only one spring was broken on your garage door. Both springs would be the same age so if one breaks, the other is likely to follow. Also, the new spring can cause tension on the old spring because it has more age and wear, the old spring has to work harder to keep up and can break. Replacing both springs is always the safest option. The 25 point safety inspection indicated that your center and end bearing plates were worn and needed to be replaced. I called precision doors Saturday nite at 830, by 915 they were at my house to fix my broken spring on my garage door, they finished just after 10, and I was in bed by 1030 sleeping like a baby, not having to worry about being able to get out of my garage the next morning.

I was really impressed with their prompt service call especially on a Sunday afternoon. My new garage door was replaced the next day. The technician who installed my door was very friendly and detailed with the explanation of why my door wasn't working properly and options for replacement. Repairman (Tom) did a nice job repairing a really screwed up overhead garage door. He was friendly, polite and efficient and took the time to point out the problems he found and corrected. Will definitely be a return customer if needed in the future!
