The spring on my garage door broke suddenly on a Sunday afternoon. My boyfriend suggested I call Precision Door which I did even though it was a Sunday. My call was answered by a friendly, professional call center representative who promptly scheduled an appointment for me the next day. Tim, the repairman, came promptly at 10 am when he was scheduled, and called me beforehand as promised, which I appreciated. We inspected the door together and he told me I would have a few options for the repair. He gave me estimates on those options - no pressure whatsoever. After I made my choice, he very quickly and professionally did the repair. It was all done in less than an hour. Tim was very personable, friendly and professional. My overall experience was top-notch and I would recommend Precision Door to anyone.

My Garage door was ran into and 2 panels damaged. I called Precision and within 4 hours Tim Tomlinson showed up and very and evaluated the damage. He was very professional and within 10 minutes had an estimated repair cost and timeframe for new panels being ordered / installed. First of all I can’t say enough about our technician that came out and fix out door. He was so professional and polite and helpful. On a second note you are very over priced ! Charging me $145.00 each for a bearing plate that you can get at home dept for $11.00 Please re-evaluate your pricing $1000 to fix a broken spring is a little high !
