There were many available appointments so I was able to get my garage door inspected and repaired during a time that worked with my schedule. The technician, Patrick, was very friendly, honest, and efficient. He arrived on time and explained what needed fixed in terms that a layperson could understand. He also talked about parts that could also be tuned up or replaced to improve performance/longevity. We ended up going with the simplest fix, but Precision will be the first call if we have any future garage door issues. I would highly recommend this company and technician!

I previously had someone come out a quote me to repair my garage door cable and it was extremely high. So I gave these guys a call to get another opinion, and they had availability the next day to get me in. When Pat got here he took a look and gave me a MUCH lower cost. He also provided me with multiple options to choose between, depending on what I wanted. He was able to get it done that day in a great amount of time and now my garage door is working perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased with Precision Garage Door of Columbus. I started having an issue with my door yesterday and by noon today it is completely fixed! I was able to setup my appointment online and there were time slots for the next day. The problem was the focus of the technician -- not selling me things I didn't need. Our garage door cable came off the pully during the holidays.. we closed it and waited.... a couple weeks later.. looked on the internet and came across Percision. Set up the appointment online. Patrick called about 20 minutes before arriving and was spot on time. The work was preformed professionally, quickly and he was very informative about the process and a generally good man. It wasn't cheap but what is these days? This was on a Sunday morning when I noticed the broken spring, and the garage door was back in action by 3:45. Awesome service!!! And now I dont have to worry about the other tension spring breaking and crushing my car. Replaced both springs as the original springs have been there since 2004.THANK YOU!!
