I called for repairs when my garage spring broke and was set an appointment for same day. Tech Mike M. gave me a confirmation call and showed up as stated. He came in to assess the problem and also pointed out some other issues just from normal wear and tear. He gave us a few options to choose from and made us comfortable knowing the decision was ours. All work was done in a professional manner and got our door back to working like new again. Satisfied with the work done .

Precision was able to come out and fix my garage the same day that I called them. Everyone I interacted with was nothing but professional and kind. My daughter’s garage door came off the track and rollers laying on the floor. Mike came out, looked at it and we discussed the possible problem. Mike got things back on track (no pun intended). Noticed the rollers were plastic. Asked if he had metal ones to replace them and he did. After Mike finished the door was working better than before. This is the second time I have used them. Very professional and highly educated on garage doors. Would use again without hesitation

One of springs on my garage door mechanism suddenly broke yesterday and I was glad I knew, from a very positive past outcome with Precision Garage Door Service, exactly who to call. I have a issue with my garage door not closing tight on the left and right sides of the door. When the wind blew the door would move back and forth allowing air into the garage. This was a problem because I heat my garage at times. Mike came out and changed the L- brackets on the two sides to adjustable L-brackets. After he finished, the garage door then closed up 100% better ! Now when then wind is blowing against the door, air is NOT coming in. ( the old brackets had rivets in them, that had to be drilled out before installing the new brackets !! ) Mike done a GREAT JOB, thank you !!!

I was scheduled the same day I called. I had a problem with a door opener Precision had installed last summer. The technician arrived on time and fixed the sensor that had been slightly bent. He also checked and oiled the chain. I needed an extra opener which he had on his truck. He was polite and professional, and finished up quickly. The cost of an opener is less than 500 but you charged me 1800 for the opener and installation. That is a rip off at every level and in hindsight I should have bought one on line and paid someone to install and could have saved a ton of money. My fault for not doing my homework but I really thought prices had gone up that much. Turns out you just overcharged and I hope you lose lots of business from this dishonest practice.
