Because of how quick you could come and fix my garage door, You were the first one that could come fix the problem. Discussed the band aid solution and the total fix. I decided on the total garage door fix, springs, rollers, opener, cables, the whole shabang. At First when I saw the prices I was a little blown away, but when I heard I had a 7 year warranty of the whole thing it brought my worries down. Matt was my Garage door Tech and loved him more when I found out he served as well. Matt did a fine job rebuilding our vintage wooden door. He even pointed out maintenance items we can do ourselves as well as those items that will need to be replaced in the future. However, he told us those items still had useful life left in them and his recommendation was that we wait. We would have ample warning that the items had reached the end of their useful lives and we could then schedule the replacement on an non emergency basis.
