I have used Precision Garage Doors on several occasions now. The technician has always been Matt Eberly. He is always professional and quite knowledgeable on the issue at hand. On a prior visit he advised on changing the springs on the door and I figured it was still working. Well, he was right, because the spring just wore out and I just replaced it. Excellent service always. Great professional, great company.

Matt the tech was good. However I should have checked other companies before having repairs done but was at their Mercy today. Did some research while tech was repairing broken springs and my findings were that Precision charges were outrageous.

Because of how quick you could come and fix my garage door, You were the first one that could come fix the problem. Discussed the band aid solution and the total fix. I decided on the total garage door fix, springs, rollers, opener, cables, the whole shabang. At First when I saw the prices I was a little blown away, but when I heard I had a 7 year warranty of the whole thing it brought my worries down. Matt was my Garage door Tech and loved him more when I found out he served as well. I think Matt should get Garage Tech of the year from what I saw today when getting the garage door back up and running.

We finally gave in and decided it was time to replace our 30 year old garage doors, so after talking to a friend, we decided on Precision; we weren't disappointed. Choosing the design was easy enough, but the real surprise came when I received a call, much sooner than I expected, to schedule an install date. My installer was right on time, did a wonderful job, and left my garage and driveway perfectly clean when he finished ... In fact, every person that I spoke with and dealt with, from start to finish, was polite, helpful, and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone considering repairing or replacing their garage doors.

I want to thank Matt Eberly for a wonderful job well done. I originally called about a door opener problem and in his examination of the door and components he found some potential problems. He pointed out what he had found and the explained the probability of failure of said parts. He gave me a estimate of the costs. I agreed to the price and he set out to fix the problems. I called the 800 number to have someone come out and look at my garage door. Matt showed up and I got same day, free estimate, and I received a garage door service that was excellent. Matt E. Came on time and reviewed the history of my problem with the door. Because I had some familiarity with the system, after explaining the problem to him, he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. After ascertaining the problem, he then gave me three options to choose from and the prices of each option. I selected the option I wanted and then he went to work fixing the problem. He was personable, polite, courteous, professional and efficiently quick to fix the problem to my satisfaction. Matt was very knowledgeable and professional in his workmanship and he cleaned up after he was done working. I appreciated his presence in my garage and made me feel that I was a valued customer. We just had our aging garage door replaced. We have used Precision for several years and have always had excellent service. Matt did a fine job rebuilding our vintage wooden door. He even pointed out maintenance items we can do ourselves as well as those items that will need to be replaced in the future. However, he told us those items still had useful life left in them and his recommendation was that we wait. We would have ample warning that the items had reached the end of their useful lives and we could then schedule the replacement on an non emergency basis.

Matt was our installer. He was knowledgeable and professional. He looked at our problem and provided several options to solve it. Once we decided on the solution we wanted he went right to work. We chose Precision because of the ads that we see on TV. The 24/7, and other appointment times were the top reason that we chose Precision. Our garage door broke while one of our cars was stuck inside. I had an appointment the next day and needed to get my car out. The gentleman who came out was extremely nice and was able to get the door fixed promptly so that I was able to make my appointment. I'm extremely satisfied with the job that was done by Matt Eberly.

Precision Door Service was outstanding! I had a spring break over the weekend, which prevented me from using my garage door. Upon thorough evaluation of my garage door, Matt Eberly found that many of the parts on my garage door system, were not performing properly and/or were failing. Matt carefully explained the functionality of the parts and then provided me with estimates for the repair. I felt comfortable with the information that Matt had provided me and had the worn out parts replaced, along with having a new garage door opener installed. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.
