My door was not working at 100%. Matt E. inspected the door and explained three service options. He quickly replaced the worn door hardware, the springs and lubricated all the hardware on the door. When he finished the door was running smoothly and in good balance. Matt is a true professional in doing his work.

The technician was timely, courteous and knowledgeable, He replacey the torsion spring and rollers. He then straightening the rails which were poorly done by the builder. I thought they were a bit high price wise. It was a Saturday morning and was done by 2:00. So it was worthwhile. When the time comes to replace the opener I will call them again

I have used Precision Garage Doors on several occasions now. The technician has always been Matt Eberly. He is always professional and quite knowledgeable on the issue at hand. On a prior visit he advised on changing the springs on the door and I figured it was still working. Well, he was right, because the spring just wore out and I just replaced it. Matt the tech was good. However I should have checked other companies before having repairs done but was at their Mercy today. Did some research while tech was repairing broken springs and my findings were that Precision charges were outrageous.

It has been about 10 years since I needed a garage door company, but I reached out based on a Google search and some clients reviews. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work. Your techs gave me pricing options and completed the work. I think your quote was a little high. I also want to recommend a quick call or text from the techs if they are running late.
