My 17-year-old garage door came off the rails and would not open or close. I called Precision and they set an early appointment for the next day. From the agent who took my call to the tech that came out to work on it-- just a fantastic experience! Matt Eberly was on time, courteous and explained the options on fixing the door and even made some great suggestions on preventive maintenance. I decided to have the door overhauled with new rollers, springs, and a reinforcement strut. Matt repaired the door in about an hour and noted some issues with the door and railings and made the adjustments to them. I came away from the experience knowing that the door was fixed right and that it was money well spent. Overall, I give Matt and Precision a 5-star rating on their services.

Our garage door broke on a Thursday night around 8:30 PM. Since they have 24/7 service, we called and got an appointment for 10 AM-2 PM the next day. Matt arrived around 10:30 AM and had a new garage door opener installed and operating by 12:30 PM. Great product and service!!

Precision did a great job. My tech, Matt was professional, friendly, informative and a great guy to have at my home. He explained all the options and allowed me to choose. I had a partial rebuild of my pulleys and door system to include new springs. It rolls like its new. Precision was not the least expensive option, but I believe that it was a great choice.

Our garage door opener was 30 years old and needed replaced. We had no idea who to call. We saw a commercial for Precision Door Service on TV and scheduled a next-day appointment. Matt Eberly showed up on time ready to go. Within 3 hours he had the new opener installed and had rebuilt all the moving parts. Matt’s very personable and a great ambassador for the company. The technician was timely, courteous and knowledgeable, He replacey the torsion spring and rollers. He then straightening the rails which were poorly done by the builder. I thought they were a bit high price wise. It was a Saturday morning and was done by 2:00. So it was worthwhile. When the time comes to replace the opener I will call them again
