Didn’t know who to call so read a bunch of reviews and chose your company. I couldn’t have hand picked a nicer technician and felt he was very knowledgeable about his profession and products. I did have culture shock when he showed me the prices but having not gotten estimates from other companies yours might not be out of line. I have had springs replaced in the past and the price was nothing like this. Again I can’t say enough good things about the technician but if I every need repairs again I will get at least 3 other estimates to see if yours are in line with others.

Needed to have bottom seals replaced on two doors and had an inspection of the overall health of the doors being they were over 8 years old, Matt did an excellent job installing the seals and I opted for new rollers and bearings as the existing ones were going bad. Matt was here on time and was very professional and friendly. I will recommend Matt and Precision to anyone that needs their service.
