Quick appointment scheduling, with fast and efficient service. Swartz arrived right on time, detailed what needed done, serviced a few other things he could see needed attention, and all at quoted prices. Probably spent more time searching for a reputable company, than tech spent on actual repairs. Save time and go Precision.

I'm relatively new to Delaware, OH, and have had to call a couple of times for garage door opener issues on the home I purchased. On the first occasion, the springs on my door broke; on the second service call 7 months later, one of the replacement springs malfunctioned. I've appreciated the fact that in both cases, a technician was able to come to my house on the day that I called. He was courteous and professional, explained exactly what was wrong, what needed repairing and why, and promptly completed the work. On the second trip, I'd planned to add an upgraded part to my system and the technician's manager gave it to me the $150 part for free since because of the spring failure. I'll continue to use Precision Garage Door and would highly recommend it to potential customers.

First, your sales rep Sara was informative and helped us realize we didn’t need all we expected, which showcased her kindness and generosity. She was great! We had a spring break in one garage door. Precision was able to come out the very next day. We decided to replace the spring in the other door as well as get new openers since our remotes no longer worked. We were able to get a great deal for all it. Our garage door keypad had stopped working months ago and I saw commercials for Precision Door on NBC4 and decided to call them. They had an appointment the same day, but we had plans. So they came out the next morning and replaced our keypad. Jonathon Swartz was our service guy and he was super nice and professional! He told me all about how to replace the battery on our new keypad and did general maintenance on our door. I highly recommend this company

We had a spring break on our garage door and Precision came out quickly and replaced the spring. They were on time and called before coming out. This is the 2nd time we have used Precision and I would recommend them to anyone having issues with there garage doors or openers. They were great.
