I was VERY impressed with Johnny’s service this morning. He called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable, kind, professional with a great sense of humor. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. He did an excellent job with replacing all the rollers and conducting overall maintenance. Garage door is working perfectly now! The technician was very professional, indicated how my specific repair could be addressed, provided an assessment of additional improvements, and provided a complete itemized breakdown of the repair and improvement costs. I realized an additional door adjustment was needed, called the office who in turn notified the technician. The technician immediately returned to my home and made the adjustment. Despite the overall cost I am pleased with the work done. Thx

Listen up!! I usually don’t do these. Let me say BEST customer service and Technician experience(any trade)in a long time. John was very knowledgeable and cared about how we felt and how not to pressure us into purchasing anything. He explained the problem, and how he could fix it, but here is why it keeps happening. He walked us through and explained the why, and solutions. We have had many problems with the openers and springs breaking this was the fifth time since we built the house. We now have the proper openers and springs that should of been installed by the other guys! Not to mention extremely quiet with new technology to open and close and monitor. Thanks again John and Precision!!!

Quick appointment scheduling, with fast and efficient service. Swartz arrived right on time, detailed what needed done, serviced a few other things he could see needed attention, and all at quoted prices. Probably spent more time searching for a reputable company, than tech spent on actual repairs. Save time and go Precision.

I'm relatively new to Delaware, OH, and have had to call a couple of times for garage door opener issues on the home I purchased. On the first occasion, the springs on my door broke; on the second service call 7 months later, one of the replacement springs malfunctioned. I've appreciated the fact that in both cases, a technician was able to come to my house on the day that I called. He was courteous and professional, explained exactly what was wrong, what needed repairing and why, and promptly completed the work. On the second trip, I'd planned to add an upgraded part to my system and the technician's manager gave it to me the $150 part for free since because of the spring failure. I'll continue to use Precision Garage Door and would highly recommend it to potential customers.

First, your sales rep Sara was informative and helped us realize we didn’t need all we expected, which showcased her kindness and generosity. She was great! We had a spring break in one garage door. Precision was able to come out the very next day.
