Your tech came out on Tuesday and gave us 3 quotes with least expensive of $1100.00 on a 3 year old door. Got it fixed for $65.00. What a difference.

So it was time to get a new garage door opener since our circa 1983 opener bit the dust. We called Precision and they didn't disappoint, we are very pleased with the service. I would recommend Precision to anyone. Great same day service on a weekend. Technician called during the scheduled window and said 30 min and showed up exactly 30 min later. Explained everything to me, super friendly and had the service done in 30 min. Reasonable price compared to what others have said they paid for similar work. 5/5 stars.

I don’t normally write reviews but after the most fabulous customer experience with Precision I had to write this one. After hours on the phone with Genie troubleshooters (several over a week), I was told I needed a new circuit board. I remembered the commercial “Precision-the name you can trust”. I called and that afternoon Kayne with Precision came to my rescue. He quickly evaluated the problem and fixed it. I did not need a new circuit board. He also instructed me on the correct lubricant to use to keep the door running smoothly and left me with the can (at no charge) to replace the WD40 I had been incorrectly told to use by the garage door installer (who was not with Precision). Kayne also took the time to make sure I knew how the remote, wall pad and outside keypad operated. Kayne provided courteous, patient and instructional service (a rarity these days)-it literally brought me to tears! THANK YOU!

This company is fantastic. After 19 years we needed new garage door openers. My husband called after lunch and Adam was here at 5:00pm. He installed 2 new openers, rollers and a keypad in 2 and a half hours He adjusted our garage doors, now they go all the way down. He even programmed our cars. I felt bad keeping Adam in the evening but he did an excellent job. Loved the service and would highly recommend them.

Walter is the best ! I did not like how much noise my garage door made and Walter gave me a re-make that made all the difference in the world. This was a year or so ago. Now, with the door partially down we backed a car into the lower panel. this is a difficult repair and may not last forever but, again, Walter came to the rescue and worked his magic and both times the same day I called. You are in my contact list forever (but I am 79). GHR
