Outstanding service!! Joe came to our home and installed a chamberlain side mount garage door opener. He was very friendly and nice. I was told to use your services by a friend of mine and he did not lie. I made a call in the morning and precision came out to our home the same day! Thank you Joe for installing and explaining how the garage door opener works. I’ll never use anyone else. Keep up to get work!

The technician (Tim) came out within a day of me reaching out to the company. His check of the door and the specific issue was comprehensive and he gave multiple options based on timing, cost, and property specific issues. He was very knowledgeable about the different openers and what all of the features were for each one. I was able to take his knowledge and settle on an option that worked well for me. The next day, he was back and had the whole job done in about an hour and a half.

Mike Eberly came to our house quickly after we requested an appointment. He explained everything in an easy to understand way and got the work done quickly.

my plan wasn't Ferst. The representative was really good. He looked at my problem and quoted me a price. He didn't seem confident on being able to fix it. We talked about installing a new garage door opener and the price was just more than I was prepared to pay, but the experience was really pleasant and I would use you guys in a minute

Kudos to Precision Garage Door of Columbus salesperson Sarah Crowe, who is very knowledgeable, practical and honest and also our installer Jordan Dameron, who is a highly skilled and super-efficient garage door wizard. Both are very pleasant to work with. Our challenging project involved an oversized, wooden, attached garage door constructed in 1968. Planning and working together, the two produced a perfect result for us at a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this company and especially these two experts, who are among the very best in the business.

Our garage door stopped working and after doing some online reviewing this seemed like a great place to get it fixed. While they may be a great service provider, beware of the pricing. We got a nearly $2500 estimate, which seemed a little insane. After talking to other garage repair places, our instincts were correct. We got everything repaired for $500. Always get a second opinion.
