I woke up this morning to a nightmare when my garage door could not close due to an issue I had driving out of the garage. Tim showed up earlier than expected which was great. He was very courteous and very efficient. He put in whole new racks, roller and spring. My garage door has never been this quiet in all the time I've lived here! Within 4 hours, my door was working and I was able to continue with my day. I would recommend this service to everyone!

Jason was terrific. In addition to installing mt=y new opener, he explained what he was doing, how he was going to stabilize the attachment, and then how the opener functioned. He also diagnosed that my old spring and cable attachments were about to go, suggesting how he would replace them and the long term benefits of doing so. Excellent service, excellent worker!

I had many issues with my garage door. Derek arrived at 12:30pm and didn't leave till 6:00pm. He diagnosed all the problems, gave different options as to how to move forward. After deciding what to do, he went to work and stayed with it until all the problems were solved. He was very persistent in getting the job done and done right. My hat off to him and your business. Our garage door was fully replaced a few years ago and began to break down prematurely. The springs and bearing all wore out fast. The door was becoming loud and finally gave out. Matt E. Came and quickly identified the issues and completely the repairs quickly. The door functions again and is very quiet now. Very satisfied with the service.

Tim Tomlinson was just out here as I kept having a wheel pop off the track and the door would not shut. He quickly assessed the issues replaced the wheel and made sure all was running perfectly before he left. He was super polite and very respectful of our home. And gave me some pointers to look out for so we don’t have issues in the future or to catch things before they become issues. Super insightful. I see why Precision Door Service gets 5 ??
