Our garage opener broke, wouldn't go up and we were perplexed. My husband couldn't figure it out. So we contacted Precision as they had installed our garage DOOR. It was so easy to get a service appt. on line, the very next day! Danny came out and looked over our opener and figured out what the problem was. He was so nice, respectful, polite and so professional. He knew his stuff! He showed me, and explained the issue. I was in touch with my husband. The gave me a quote that was a bit too much but they came back with a lower number. They saved us so much time and aggravation! We were so appreciative! Thank you Danny!

Best customer service and easiest to work with. Scheduled an appointment in the morning and they were there by afternoon. Mike talked us through all the options and completed the job that day. After installation he talked me through everything and set up our key pad. Her was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! We had a fantastic experience with Precision when our garage door spring unexpectedly broke after just 5 years. I surprised it failed so soon, but Precision responded quickly and professionally. Tyler the technician clearly explained our options and offered an upgrade to a heavy-duty spring system with a much higher cycle rating and a 7 year warranty. While the upgraded system was bit more expensive, it was a no-brainer given the long-term reliability and peace of mind it offers. The installation was smooth, and the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.
