Service was great -- did not get the email on confirmation of the appointment until after the Tech was at our place, therefore did not get the benefit of the coupon for new garage opener or the senior discount -- is it possible to get this now as a credit on the credit card charge?

It is one of the best I've seen in the service industry - very well thought out and professional. The letters of reference that you publish are extremely helpful. Publishing pictures and professional bios of the techs is a great idea also. Eric was prompt and very helpful and knowledgeable. I know my opener is on "its last leg" but he was able to keep it working temporarily, until I can gather the money to purchase a new one. I would highly recommend your company to my friends.
