I am one of those people that wait to rate a service to see if it stays fixed. Now I lost the Tech's card! He was very professional and took the time to do the job right. He also let me know how to best lubricate the door and the best type of lubricant. I highly recommend this company. Sincerely, David

John was on time very nice person. He explained the problems and how he could repair the garage door opener. He replaced the spring, center plate, pair of drums right and left and balanced the door. Total cost $506.00. I called for service in the morning and he would arrive around 4:00 to 6:00 and he was on time and ready to work. Julie Garretson

The work was fine and relatively timely in terms of arrival and completion. When other similar firms responded to my inquiries, I found your pricing to be decidedly at the high end. Given the price disparity, it's impossible to give you more than three (3) stars.

I was very comfortable in knowing in advance who the technician would be and in having the opportunity to read his bio. Eric showed up on time and after examining the door and the opener, explained exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. He worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. He was very professional.

Was visiting my sons new home when his door opener broke. I had no idea who to call as we are from out of town. By luck I chose you from the yellow page ad. The girl who answered the phone was very polite and helpful and got me scheduled the next day. Technician--Eric-was right on time and explained what needs to be done. Door mechanism first needed fixed then I opted to get 2 new openers installed. All work was explained and done in a very timely and professional manner. My son will be needing 2 new garage doors in a few years and we will certainly give you a call first. Many Thanks. You do not mind paying when the job is done timely and correctly.
