The springs on my garage door broke late on a Sunday evening. My garage door was stuck in the down position with my car trapped inside. Prompt, courteous service really stood out. Along with routine maintenance (lubrication and inspection), there were some bolts that needed replacing or were missing. The service call was $55 and the maintenance, which took about an hour, was $99. Could have easily given 5 stars if total cost had been lower; don't know what other companies charge.

Garage door wasn't closing properly. Approx 4 years ago I had springs replaced (due to broken spring)as well as complete overhaul. Back then I thought maybe I overpaid but did receive guaranty for parts and labor Tech was on time very courteous, knew what he was doing and overall was great experience. My only concern was that warranty said parts and labor and was a little surprized I had to pay for service call.
David, we apologize for any confusion. Outside of a labor warranty (which covers all expenses), our warranties have always covered parts and labor only. Our service fee pays our technicians gas to and from job sites. On the back of your invoice, listed under "Lifetime Limited Warranty" and in the "Repairs" section, you'll see that the last sentence states: "A service charge may apply". Again, we apologize for any disconnect in information, as we are always looking for ways to improve communication.

Jim called ahead of the scheduled visit to provide an estimated arrival time and was not late. He surveyed the door, springs, wires, etc. and we discussed what happed with the door. Jim was very courteous in his explanation of what required fixed, estimated the costs and worked diligently until complete. Afterward we discussed installation costs and process for entire new door since one fixed is 17yrs old. Very happy with the company, employees and email communication pre/post to appointment.
