We called about 10:30am, got an 11-1 window. Anthony our tech was here by noon. He was very nice. Installed opener, outdoor keypad, 2 safety laser-eyes greased/adjusted everything and programmed 2 car fobs. When he was done (in a very short time) he asked us to lower door...I thought it didn’t work...it was SO quiet. He did a great job. He needs to remember to install a lightbulb in new openers however...we had to do that ourselves. We used your company in 2012 for a new spring and they came out at midnight!! So that’s why we called for this issue today. Will recommend and use your company again!

It was Sunday, I called... They were here within 2 hours. Inspected my door. Informed me that they were not the right people for my particular job!!! Took 20 minutes finding the right people then wrote down there name and numbers for mr. Get this, when asked what I owed them was informed (0) nothing!!!! The man was here for over a hour and charged me nothing!!!! When I need a New Door I'm calling Precision no doubt!!!!!!!

Precision Door came out, and the owner Jim installed our new garage door opener and motor. He was professional and on time. His work was thorough providing us with different options explaining things we would need to replace now and work we could do now but could address later. The work was done efficiently, and the installer was knowledgeable about explaining how everything worked. We were pleased with the work and would gladly have Jim and his company return. I was very pleased with the technician he was very knowledgeable and professional. The 3 star rating is no reflection on the tech but on the cost of the service. I would have gotten other quotes if were are dealing with Covid-19. It was truly sticker shock however I will say I was able to get same day service that was also impressive. I thought I was just getting maintenance done which is what the service was again I thought the cost was extremely high.

My garage door stopped working, of course the car was in the garage. Called Precision on a Saturday night the service man, Tim, was there before 10 the next morning. He gave me two options, fix everything, or fix just what was broken. I wanted everything fixed or replaced if it was worn or broken. He completed the work in a timely fashion and left no mess. Made sure the door was working properly before he left and put in two new light bulbs in my garage door opener. Would recommend Precision to others in my condo community.

I was very surprised to hear from my wife that your Technician (Tom Palmer) came into my house twice without a mask even though Franklin County is under a mandatory mask order and wearing a mask to protect my 62 year old wife would have been the least I would have expected. Very disappointed in this. All the work was done rapidly and professionally and the garage door works perfectly now. The cost was higher than I expected, but I did not have time to take bids and cannot say if it was above the market or not. My low rating is based strictly on your employees total disregard for my wife's safety and health.
