I was very impress with the service we received. The gentleman was very helpful. We had this problem before where we couldn't get the door open or closed but my husband works in a machine shop figured it out but this time since he had had a heart attack his nerves just wasn't up to it. First off love the email notification of the appointment with the pictures of the technician that would be servicing my home. That was assuring because I knew I'd be home alone. Tim was wonderful in guiding us through all the options avaiable. I appreciatet that we could go to Sears and buy the entire unit and you'd still install it for us next week. That is another plus for lots of reasons. I know a lot of people in Bexley who are in need of garage service. Most of construction was done a long time ago on our homes, so I will be telling them about Precision!
