I needed a minor adjustment on my opener which was installed about two months ago. The technician called and arrived about two hours early because he noticed (correctly) that it might be more convenient for me. The adjustment took only a few minutes, and the service technician elected to call this part of the installation process and waived all charges. Not only am I impressed with the level of service that he provided, I also am impressed with the authority that this company gives its technicians.

This was a pleasantly painless experience. Making the appointment was easy (I got a live person on the phone at 6:30pm on a weeknight), their availability was great (they offered next-morning service but I went with Saturday to not miss work and that wasn't an extra fee), and I got email confirmation (including pictures of the possible technicians). The technician, who was nice and professional, called on their way and arrived right at the beginning of the 9-11am appointment range, gave me two estimates based on whether I wanted to upgrade to a different spring type, took just over an hour to do the repair (which included spring replacement and straightening a damaged panel so it didn't have to be replaced), and added/replaced a few older small parts to get the door in overall better shape without changing the final cost. Overall, this was one of the most stress-free repair services I've ever had.

As usual, I am very please with the speed of getting a technician to my home ASAP. I purchased garage door opener in June. I have had problems with door not going down/shutting. We hope by switching the sensors today this will work! The technician was going to check to see if you had covers that would work with protecting sensors. I hope he is able to check and give me feedback.

The service to replace a broken garage door spring was outstanding. The technician came within the requested time frame, replaced the spring in a short amount of time, was friendly, showed us our options, and fixed only what we asked to be fixed. There was no pressure to get more done, and we were left with the confidence to call Precision back for future garage door projects and/or service repairs.

Derek and David came promptly on Labor Day after I called the night before. It was not emergency, but I appreciated getting my garage door to open. They showed me how to open/close the manual opener in the future and they serviced the springs, tightened bolts, and lubricated all parts. I'm all set for the next power outage, which happens frequently lately.

We had a broken spring in the garage on a Sunday morning. We didn't know if anyone would be open but sure enough Precision Garage Doors were and they came to us in the evening which was the time we had requested. The technician educated us as to what was wrong and helped fix the door within an hour. The service was excellent and the technician even helped lube the other garage door and fix the keypad at a small charge. Overall it was a very satisfying experience and I would recommend them whole- heartedly to anyone.

The company representative was prompt and profesional. The job turned out to more than I hoped. I knew I needed repair but ended up with garage door system rehabilitation and belt driven opener. Everything was explained in such a manner that I understood exactly why everything need to be done and what my options were. The work was done immediately and, from what I can tell, very well. Two of the panels on my door had been damaged and have small tears, which caused the door to bind while going up and down. I was worried that I'd have to replace the door but Alex quickly threw on a brace which fixed the issue. He also made various adjustments and lubed everything up. I'm very happy they could get it fixed so quickly and for a very reasonable price. It definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing door service.
