I have been so pleased with Adam H - last November and today! I was also glad that he was the person who came to my assistance. Once again, Dustin knocked it out of the park! He's professional, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Precision answered late on a Monday, and by Tuesday morning, he was already at my residence. I had human interaction even on the first call. You don't see that anymore. Most use automated answering services. I highly recommend if you have any issues with your garage.

I couldn’t be happier, they gave me a 4 hour window and they were actually there an hour earlier. The problem was diagnosed quickly and I was given options on what I wanted to do. The technician was Dmitri Sierra, he was so professional and very pleasant, he treated me with respect and explained things in detail then let me choose what I wanted to do. He had the problem fixed within and hour. I appreciated Dmitri and his demeanor with me, he was so polite. And they had the parts I needed in his van. Our technician was Patrick M. Technician showed up on time and was curious and friendly. I was a little surprised at the cost of the repair. Went online to request an appointment since garage door opener was not lifting or lowering. Took several tries due to my internet but the gal was pleasant through it all.
