One of our door springs broken trapping a car inside. I called at 9:30PM - tech was there at 11:45AM the next day for a promised 12-4PM repair window. Tom the technician was very friendly and got our broken spring fixed quickly. I would have Tom back any time. Probably a little more expensive than I would have thought (that is why only 4 out of 5 stars), but overall a very smooth process with good people.

Great response to my broken overhead garage door torsion spring (1 of 2). My 2- car garage door is a very heavy redwood door and can not be lifted manually, even after it is disconnected from the door opener. I appreciate the response, after just 2-hours of the call for service. Wow. Even better, Tim (A) - Tomlinson Jr was fantastic, very informative and courteous, especially informing us he was going to relieve the tension on the other torsion spring to start the replacement of both springs. He was great!!! You pay for great products, great service, knowledge and assurance that the job will be done right. I appreciate everything and so does family, as they commented how wonderful Tim was in performing his job. Fantastic!!!

Service tech was good and service was prompt. But the pricing was taking advantage of us as we had limited choice and need out garage Door repaired. If we have have to utilize services for the door we won’t call you.

Precision was recommended to me by one of my friends this morning. I needed service on my garage door that broke last night. Your office people were very efficient and got Gary Lemaster on the job very quickly. Sooner than expected!!! Gary did a great job with informing me what type of maintenance I needed on the 16 Ft door and provided me with a quote. He did a great job and was done in a short period of time, as he had all the parts with him. I would recommend Precision and Gary to anyone who needs garage door service.

Derrick, the repairman, couldn't have been better. Very knowledgeable, polite, answered all my questions, explained what was immediately wrong and also what other garage door issues (very old ball bearings, old spring) were affecting the garage opener. A plus!

Tyler did the tune up and put a new screw for the flapping top strip for free! He also gave me the estimate for safer springs, bearings etc. I am planning to let him fix those things in a near future. Excellent service and quick responses!

We loved the fact Precision Garage Door provides services on the weekend. Our problem was noticed late on a Fri afternoon and the service was completed Sat morning. The price was reasonable, Daniel G was friendly, professional and neat. He also gave us a price estimate for replacing the spring. Would use again.

I never write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received, I'm here to give you five stars! I arranged an appointment with a competitor--and had to schedule more than a week in advance. But no one showed up or called after I waited for two hours. Then I called Precision and they sent Dustin out later that same day. He was super nice and solved my problem without hassles or additional visits. I have already recommended Precision to my neighbors! Well done!

Tom was knowledgeable and professional about what needed done. Very friendly, never felt like I was being given a sales pitch. I was given options for the repairs. And was truly surprised when he repaired it then!!! That was awesome!!! Hiring someone these days is weeks or months out for the work to be done. Will only call your Company when I need repairs !!! After 19 years, our garage door opener failed. We also had a broken spring, which is what prompted me to call Precision at around 3 pm today. Dustin arrived by 6 pm, and worked while we ate dinner and left us with a new system that was probably long overdue. He was personable, well versed in his field, and helpful in every way. I could not recommend Dustin and Precision more confidently. I’ve used new start ups in the past, never again. Great job, Precision !
