Excellent service & quality workmanship! They go above and beyond! Last year, we had a major problem with our 46 year old, all wood, 4 panel garage door. I'm certain it would have been easier and faster to just replace the door. But, we really wanted to save it if at all possible since it perfectly matches our tudor-style home. Walker spearheaded an incredible repair and we were so impressed with the technicians' knowledge, problem solving abilities and perseverance! The door works beautifully and all parts they installed have a 10-year warranty! I highly recommend this company!!

The Service guy was great! But for 30 minutes of work, Changed two Brackets. And lubed rollers. Cost $ 265.65 outrageous. Will not use your service again!

When I called Precision Garage Door to schedule an appointment Chelsea was very helpful, understanding, and accommodating to my schedule. The technician Walker was great. He answered my questions I felt comfortable that he was knowledgeable and that I would get quality work from him. He gave me estimates on two options to repair my garage door and offered different ways to pay. Items that were removed were taken to be recycled. The option I choose has a 5-year warranty which sweetened the deal.

Walker was very professional and informative I ask him several questions and he answered them and explained to me how they worked. Didn't plan on spending a whole lot of money but he pointed out things that were on their their last legs and probably wouldn't last much longer. I am in charge of all the house repairs since my spouse isn't able too anymore so I elected to have them fixed before they broke and with the 5 year warranty I don't need to worry about them. Would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

Walter is the best ! I did not like how much noise my garage door made and Walter gave me a re-make that made all the difference in the world. This was a year or so ago. Now, with the door partially down we backed a car into the lower panel. this is a difficult repair and may not last forever but, again, Walter came to the rescue and worked his magic and both times the same day I called. On December 3rd we had two Genie Belt Drive door openers installed by Technician Walker. But prior to installation, Walker did a very thorough inspection of the door springs and safety features. He found the door spring bearings were getting bad, the springs themselves were getting weak(Walker demonstrated to me how the doors would roll down because the springs weren't supporting the doors properly), and the bottom door seals were extremely bad,in need of replacement. Walker showed me my options so far as the opener and repairs would be. With Walker's advice (and without any pressure) I decided on what to do. I called Precision Doors because lightning struck very close to our house and burnt up a Sequencer Assembly on one of my two doors. I was originally going to replace just the one opener, but since they were 24 years old, I decided to have Walker replace both openers and make any repairs necessary (springs and door seals). I had screw drive Genie openers, but I had Walker replace both with the Genie Belt Drives. They work fantastic, they're extremely quiet and I really like the wireless wall buttons. Walker did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable (I worked as a technician in industrial maintenance for almost 40 years, and I have worked on overhead doors in the industrial world, so I could tell that Walker knew his stuff) I would recommend Precision Doors and especially Technician Walker to anyone in need of garage door repair or replacement. Thanks Walker for doing such a fantastic job. I am very, very pleased.

I identified broken spring on garage door, could't get my car out. called Precision and had a response. Repairment came and replaced along w/ other spring. Bottom line: he was here for 10 minutes. fixed it and charged me $589.00 w/ senior discount. I think we were taken advantage of and been had by the serviceman. I don't think this was fair ! By copy of this letter to BBB, they will be advised of this ripoff and will also be posted on social media. Springs are available for $ 100/a pair. This is what i would call a daylight robbery.

I told the tech to leave the old garage door opener but he took it anyway. There was nothing wrong with it but it mysteriously stopped working while he worked on repairing the rails. Then sold me a very expensive opener. I want my old one back. The new one jerks and squeaks when opening!

We called Precision Door on the recommendation of a neighbor. We had returned from an evening walk to find that the garage door would not open because one of the springs had broken. We called and asked if someone could come out ASAP since our schedules were such that we needed the door repaired quickly. Walker came to our condo at 9:20 pm and he was terrific. He was an experienced tech and got right to work. He had the spring(s) replaced and we paid him by about 10:10 pm. We bought the heavy duty springs and he also recommended we replace the bearings at both ends of the rod and the bearing in the middle of the two springs. Walker was thorough and you could tell he was excellent at his job. Thanks for the responsiveness and the quality of the work performed. We appreciate it.
