First of all the convenience of same day was a factor of importance. I give 5 stars for sure. My tech was knowledgeable and very friendly, I had to have new springs put on and I had the other stuff attached to that done as well so it all was good to go. My tech was Tim and he was absolutely awesome. Gave me several plan options to choose from and in detail explained them to me. Not to mention very nice. He went over all work he did ang explained warranty.

There was a small communication breakdown in lining up the job. It was no big deal and I shared it with my technician so he could provide his team with feedback. At the end of the job he said he had already shared the feedback with the office and they've incorporated the feedback into their regular training. Management gave me a discount because they felt bad about the communication breakdown. Definitely not necessary but definitely a very kind thing to do that communicated a real concern for customer satisfaction!

Had a spring break. Came out the next day (Sunday) and replaced springs. Very friendly Tech - gave info about what he would do. When finished, of course the garage door went up and down fine, and was very quiet, too. Great Job.

Living in Newark, was surprised they came within 3 hours after I called. Tim T. was very pleasant, courteous, efficient and wore a mask the whole time, as opposed to other service people in recent months. He gave us several options to choose from, The only drawback was that he was such a good salesman, a simple spring replacement was upgraded to be pricier than what we planned, but it was our choice.

I was told the repairman would come between 10-2 and he arrived at 10:30! I was happy to see he was punctual. He explained everything to me and my husband and after he did the work showed us what he did. Then he replaced something he didn’t even see at first but did a great job! He was also very friendly and we were truly satisfied. I will recommend not only your company but also Tim to all of my friends and family members! He did more than replace the springs. He replaced the cable on my husbands door and gave us the almost like new service plus the keyless entry pad.

We called Precision after our garage door spring snapped. They sent out a technician the day of to fix the door. Tim showed up at our house and was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I learned that my garage door would not close at around 7:30Am. Called Precision and my door was fixed and working before 10:30 Am the same day. That is what I call customer service. The tech explained what had to be done, and gave me what I determined to be good alternatives. After making my selection he was done within an hour. I'll be using Precision in the future.

Well, I confess it was pot luck. At 3:30 AM two violent explosions with brilliant light and a fearsome buzzing sound took place outside my bedroom window in quick succession. On inspetion they had to have been over 100 yards away. I'm no stranger to exploding electric transformers, and these must have been monsters. I'm an 83 year old veteran, and I thought I must have been on a battlefield. In the morning I discovered one of my openers had been fried. After a time I looked on my computer, found you and maybe impulsively decided that everything looked good. The woman who answered the phone was kind, warm, efficient and competent. She clearly liked her work, and I took that as a sign of the kind or company she worked for, so I signed on without any reservation.. Usually for me that's a sign of gullibility, but this time I was right on. Tim, Junior was here in short order and I badly needed him. I liked him right away, he was like a friendly neighbor, explained everything, recognized that my work was of very good quality, and finished the job in an amazingly short time, with an installation silk-smooth, and well explained. I don't ever go on like this, but this whole operation was so clean and competent from beginning to end that I had to write this damned essay to express my appreciation. I have never encountered such admirable performance from a contractor. It cost a guy like me a bunch, but I don't regret a penny of it. Thanks.
