I had a "failure to open" problem and I thought I might need to replace the electrical parts. I heard your TV and checked your advertisement on line and was pleased with the ratings and comments I found there. My experience was completely pleasant, reassuring and professional. A technician was scheduled to come within a time frame of my choosing that afternoon . He called when on the way. He discussed replacement of the system but found the present problem to be repairable so I chose that option. Based on my experience I would give a 5 star rating.

Tim came out to our house on a Sunday when our spring broke on our double garage and we couldn't get our cars out. He was so professional and thorough. He went above and beyond with his customer service and left us oil to spray on the hinges and springs. He arrived about 2 hours after we called and immediately we felt relieved that this would be fixed correctly. I will refer our friends to Precision Garage Door!

Our technician was Tim Jr. We have never met such a polite individual as Tim. He explained all actions that he would take clearly and asked if we had any questions. Told us how long it would take and was right up to the minute. I don't know if all personnel at Precision Door are trained this way but if they are it would be a pleasure to deal with them. We hate to spend money of any type but his actions made it a pleasure.

Excellent service from appointment request through to completion of repairs. I had a failure of my 20yr old garage door opener and sent an online request to Precision the morning of August 30. Within one hour, I had a call back and a service schedule for 12-4pm same day. The service tech, Tim Tomlinson Jr, called at 12noon letting us know he would be at our home at 12:20pm. Tim was a very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable tech; explaining all options on the front end, fast professional repair/installation, and operational performance at completion of the job. I couldn’t ask for a better overall experience. Job well done !!

Great response to my broken overhead garage door torsion spring (1 of 2). My 2- car garage door is a very heavy redwood door and can not be lifted manually, even after it is disconnected from the door opener. I appreciate the response, after just 2-hours of the call for service. Wow. Even better, Tim (A) - Tomlinson Jr was fantastic, very informative and courteous, especially informing us he was going to relieve the tension on the other torsion spring to start the replacement of both springs. He was great!!! You pay for great products, great service, knowledge and assurance that the job will be done right. I appreciate everything and so does family, as they commented how wonderful Tim was in performing his job. Fantastic!!!

I called precision doors to look at replacing broken spring. Came out very professional then came the quote for repairs. In my opinion it was a quote that was ridiculously priced. I was told I needed new everything. I was told I needed dual springs instead of single new bearings new cables new rollers. Well I called Apex garage door they came out replaced single spring cables were fine bearings were good they recommended replacing rollers but not an immediate need. Precision wanted 1100.00 for repairs Apex charged me 405.00 huge difference I should have called them from the start. They were way more honest in my opinion.

I have used Precision door service three times now. Excellent service and professionalism each and every time! Replaced spring 14 months ago. This month door opener failed so Jim T. Jr. replaced opener, bearings, drum, rollers and balanced to help alleviate stress on new parts. Tim Jr did a great job, quickly diagnosing the cause of the problem I was having (door was raising after I shut it & was not raising as much as it should have). He adjusted the current opener and the adjustment worked, although he said the 18-year-old opener could fail at any time. It failed as he was leaving, so he returned & installed a new one. It all took about 2.5 hours & I am very satisfied. Thanks
