The tech that came out this time to fix the springs not only fixed that problem but checked out the entire set up and fixed our rollers, track and installed a new door seal that was way over due. I choose based off of a google search and recognized the name from advertising that I had seen. I had called the previous company that I had used and they never bothered to return my phone call. I called Precision late morning and by mid afternoon the service technician was onsite. Clearly explained the issue and provide options for repair which was done quickly.
