When things happen toward the end of the day, it is nice to know that Precision will still make it out to the house to fix it! Dustin did a great job replacing the double door spring and also put up a new key pad. He answered all of my questions and gave information on what to know about openers and keypads. Well done! I choose based off of a google search and recognized the name from advertising that I had seen. I had called the previous company that I had used and they never bothered to return my phone call. I called Precision late morning and by mid afternoon the service technician was onsite. Clearly explained the issue and provide options for repair which was done quickly. Dustin really went above and beyond as my family was dealing with some issues this day. Hats off to him and Precision for a job well done.
