A torsion spring broke on our garage door and the pricing to replace it was comparable to buying springs and doing it myself. That value was enough to tip me towards paying for service (which I've yet to do as an adult - I'm 35). The experience was outstanding. A gentleman (Dustin) roughly my age came by and gave me an exact quote that was reasonable. It was very apparent that he knew what he was doing, he was amicable and friendly, and he did the work on the spot and quickly. What pushed me towards this specific company was their years of experience, and where the other vendors looked to have less than ten, they tote over twenty. Should someone ask for a recommendation for a garage door or repair, I wouldn't shy away from recommending them (and Dustin in particular - my experience with him in whole was outstanding). I appreciate good business, and this was good business.

Tech Dustin K's other excellent reviews are absolutey without question. Most helpful for me was his clear descritpion of needed repairs, inculding actually showing me the defective parts needing replacement. An employee's excellence is only possible if management's focus on the bottom line includes the importance of true customer satisfaction. Rapp/Precision is not the least expensive garage door service provider, but "you get what you pay for" truly applies.

After 20 years in operation, our chain drive door opener broke late one evening. We called Precision around 6pm and was surprised to have a real person answer. They discussed what we were looking for and scheduled an appt for someone to come out the following day. The next day, Dustin called and arrived on time. He inspected all the components, rails, rollers as well as the 2nd door/opener that was working fine. We discussed the different replacement options and elected to go with a belt drive model to reduce noise. Due to the age, we elected to replace both openers. Dustin got to work and a couple of hours later we had the quietest door openers I’ve ever heard! Dustin explained how to operate the openers and was very professional. This is the second time we had Precision out to help us with our garage doors and we highly recommend them.

What amazing customer service. Our garage door stopped working on Easter sunday and I called first thing Monday morning to see about having someone come out. They had an appt open that very afternoon that worked w my work schedule. Dustin was very professional and explained what needed done and why and answered all my questions. He also made sure to go over the quote and explained what each charge was so I understood. He got everything done in a very short time and we are extremely happy w the results! Will definitely be using Precision for any other repairs we may need!

We had a motion light that wasn’t working properly. Precision came out and fix it without a problem and it was still under warranty so we had no charge. They are a wonderful company to work with. They stand by their warranties. They treat their customers like they’re actually people. They don’t take advantage of customers. I will continue using this company for any of my garage door needs. Dustin was very polite and friendly. Fortunately for me he arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He went out to the garage and inspected the spring, shaft, and bearings. Advised me what it would take to fix and didn't try to sell me a lot of things I didn't need. Proceeded to replace the spring and had it repaired in about a half an hour. He is a very professional employee and I highly recommend him.
