Precision was able to respond to our door failure within 2 hours in subzero weather. Their tech Danny was polite, personable, and a good communicator. The operator replacement/upgrade and door repair only took 2 1/2 hours and cleanup was excellent. We gladly recommend this company as they met our needs in a very professional manner.

After an internet search, I gave Precision a call based on the reviews I saw on their website. they were able to send a technician out on the same day and he was prompt and communicated arrival time very well. The tech, Danny, did a good job explaining why my opener wasn't performing well and after an estimate, was able to install the necessary new opener in good time.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Danny Quinn. He called me on Saturday morning to let me know he was 30 minutes away, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was able to diagnose our door's problem super quickly. He made it easy to understand what the issue was, and then clearly laid out my options for repair, as well as payment options. After picking the right product, he was able to install the new parts and clean up the area completely in what felt like a very short time. Once he was finished with the install, he walked me through what he'd done, and also taught me where/when I should do upkeep maintenance. Danny is a champ, what a pleasant experience!

Our garage door spring broke late on a Saturday night, I went to Precisions website, set up an appointment for a 4 hour window first thing on Sunday morning and within thirty minutes had a call and text from Danny that he would be out within 30-45 minutes. Danny was on time, very polite and started to ask questions and look at the door. He took his time to look at the door and call out anything outside of the springs that he would recommend to us. Upon his review he was very clear on what he felt we should look to fix now and what could wait. He did not come off as pushy or selling more to us outside what was most important at that time. Danny was amazing and a great communicator and educator on why he felt this needed to be done now versus what could wait and "maybe" be a problem down the road. I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. Danny was able to fix our springs, do a few of the extra fixes we went ahead and proactively took care of. He was timely, very easy to communicate with, friendly and did a great job. Garage was just as it was prior to him arriving and cleaned everything up, and most importantly the door was smooth, operating well and quieter than it was prior. Thanks Danny, you were awesome!
