Excellent service. Our garage door literally crushed on itself, warping the rails and the door to the point we could not close the door. Called Sunday afternoon. Spoke with a real person. Danny arrived within an hour and a half of the call. Danny took the time to analyze the mess and worked to figure out a fix. End of the appointment, we have a secure garage door. Looking forward to getting it replaced now. You all will be my first call from now on.

A few days ago, my wife and I had a problem with our garage door opener not working properly. I called Precision Garage Door Service for help. I was greeted very nicely by a person who quickly set up an appointment for the next day. The next afternoon, Patrick Mulligan showed up at our door. He had called to let me know when he would be arriving and came at the time he said. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly found the problem and assured us that he would have the problem solved. Sure enough, in a short amount of time he completed the job and after giving us a report of what he had done he was on his way. It was a pleasure working with him and we'll certainly call again if the need arises.

The experience was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more. The technician, Imani, was professional, on time and very cordial. She assessed my situation and gave me an estimate on repair. Once agreed on the work, she took her hour or so to fix the problem as expected, balanced the weight of the door and lubricated all parts. The garage door is back in perfect condition. And this was in cold and windy conditions. Again, I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. My hats off to Precision, you run a great company!

I have had garage doors repaired and purchased new doors. When needing a new garage opener Precision Garage Door was the first company I called. Dylan came out on time of the scheduled appointment, looked everything over, and gave me an estimate for a new one, which was reasonable. He did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up.

The service I received was excellent. Mike McCllelan was the technician and very knowlegeable and efficient. I was a little surprised at the price but my old unit was 25 years old, so that's how it is. But good service in a very timely manner. The problem presented at about 5:00 pm and Mike was all finished before 7:30 pm. Can't beat that!

Tom came by to fix my garage door. It would open but not close all of the way. I scheduled an appointment online and they were here in 2 hours. Tom noticed that my sensor was bent. (I think I ran into it). He bent it back and fixed the issue. Thank you so much for the prompt and efficient service!!

I remembered we had work done with this company years ago. I am extremely pleased. Problem solved quicker than I imagined. Called for estimate yesterday and next day the job was completed. People that I was in contact with were very courteous and professional. It was my pleasure to deal with this company. I could only select one product but I had both a new door and garage door opener installed.

Pricing is exploitative. Representative played dumb that he didn't know he was selling me a $400 garage door opener for $1400. Also tried to sell me extra opener remotes for 10x the off the shelf price. He told me it was a 3 hour install job and he was done in 45 minutes. This business is a classic example of the Enshittification of everything these days. I'm guessing Precision Garage Door has sold out to some private equity group, and they are now squeezing every penny possible of the customer base. Praying for the comeback of local businesses that don't need an iPad to provide you basic services.

We had previously used Precision for repair work on a broken spring. When our door would not open but would close we anticipated a hefty bill for replacement. Tim found that an umbrella leaned against wall while loading had blocked the sensor. We expected at least a service charge but we were not billed anything. That kind of customer service will ensure Precision will be our go to in the future. Jim Nunn

I called Precision Garage Door because they had installed my garage door many years ago and they were excellent. Now the door opener was frozen and my car was inside. Matt arrived promptly and asked a few questions and then went to work. He replaced or repaired all the problems and added an additional method of entry should a lockout come up again. Matt’s work was excellent. I’ll call again if another issue arises.

Technician was a friendly guy. Alerted him of the problem, he let me know the estimate to fix my functional existing garage door opener. After further investigation, it was determined that it could not be repaired and couldn't be put back together, functional and in its pre-existing condition. While I'm not necessarily questioning the technician, the situation put me in the position to pretty much buy another one on the spot. Could I have refused? Yes, but then I would have had to do another round of research and get second opinions on something that I thought was a $200 repair and not a $1,600 purchase. Just wasn't comfortable how it went down. The technician did a great job of installing and it works very well so far.

The old motor was 23 years old and was having problems so had a new Genie put in. Your technician Mike was super. He was very courteous, explained different options I could take. He is definitely an asset to your company.
