Could have called to say the tech was running late.
We're terribly sorry no one in the office was able to contact you and let you know our technician was running behind schedule. We always do our best to get to a customer's house at their scheduled time frame, and if we're behind, the office reaches out to the customer ahead of time. Service was great -- did not get the email on confirmation of the appointment until after the Tech was at our place, therefore did not get the benefit of the coupon for new garage opener or the senior discount -- is it possible to get this now as a credit on the credit card charge?
