My garage door began acting erratic on a Sunday morning. I decided to call Precision Door, looked up their number thinking I would give them a call first thing Monday morning. Great same day service. And Joseph was awesome. Our garage door was having major issues and we noticed it right after we moved in. Precision came right out same day and investigated the problems. Joe gave us options and fully explained the inner workings of our garage and lended his expertise. He was friendly and professional. This is the third time I've used Precision. As previous times before, I called and and got a very friendly voice and was assured someone would be at my house today, (Joe was there within an hour) and they would be able to fix the problem. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable and did indeed fix my issues in a timely manner. He gave me several options on parts and their prices and let me decide what I wanted to install and spend with no pressure, instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need and at higher prices. My experience was great! I went on the website and did a chat to ask some questions, got scheduled for an estimate the next day and had the work done that same day. I figured I would schedule the work for weeks out. Joe was my technician and he was very straight forward with me and answered all my questions and did not pressure me to do the work!

The tech notified me he was on the and was promptly at my house. I was concerned about the noises the newly installed garage doors were making. Although I had lubercated the the hinges and rollers the tech lubed them again including the springs. He made minor adjustments to the springs. He explained that I should lubricate the hinges, rollers, and springs a few more times over the new week to get the lubricant I tot be parts. Other than the spring adjustment the lubercating seems to eliminate the problems. Appreciated the tech explaining how I should be maintaining the doors.

I left something under our door and ended with cables and a roller coming off, I called Percision on a Saturday afternoon and they set up appointment for the next day! The repair guy (Joe) called and arrived a few minutes early,looked at the job and explained everything and did the repairs. I would recommend them to repair should we have any more issues! I had Precision Door Columbus come out because I had questions about my 21 year old garage door motor. Joe answered all my questions. He was on time, courteous and professional. Tech was Joe. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, gave multiple repair options. Twenty two year old door. Opener quit and needed replaced. Had springs, rollers and shaft bushings replaced as well. He programed all remotes. Great job. Less than two hours for everything.
