Great service from beginning to end. The phone rep was courteous and seemed concerned about my issue. The service tech called to ask if it was OK to arrive sooner than scheduled, which was great. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient answering all my questions and fixed the problem completely and timely. Excellent customer service. I called to have what I thought was a minor problem fixed on my 30 year old door. The technician game to my home at the prescheduled day and on time. As I started pointing out to the tech my other annoying little problems with the door, the tech explained to me how all of these little problems were actually related to each other. He quickly gave me an estimate to have all of the minor problems fixed as well as some ideas of what will need to be taken care of sometime down the line should I be staying in my forever home. I gave the go-ahead for the repairs and in short order, it was done. Now I feel like I have what seems like a new door. Wow. I should have had this all done two years ago when I moved in. Very grateful to the tech for the work done.

The panels in our 20 year old garage door started cracking and sagging making opening and closing the door difficult and unsafe. Precision sent out a repairman (Tom Palmer) the same day. He was able to repair the door, and we were back up and running within a few hours of making our original call. Tom was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Also, very thorough in explaining the repairs he was making. The door is now working properly again and more importantly safe. Although the pricing we paid was higher than we thought it would be, we were very pleased with the quality of the service and repair and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Appreciated the prompt service. I couldn’t get the door up so I couldn’t get the car or the dog out. I am 85 and I can’t reach the rope to pull the door open. The spring was broken. Your representative, Joe, was very kind. My only concern was the cost. Even with the discount it was still a lot for a senior living on Social Security. I didn’t have time to shop around so I don’t know how your price compared.
