He was very polite and informed us about the problem and what needed to be fixed to make the door work ! It is so good now and goes up and down very quietly. The problem was the door would not go up and down . We looked in the yellow pages and saw your add. The service 24/7 and weekend appointments caught our eye. We needed it fix as soon as possible so we could get out of the garage to meet our daughter and family for a Father's Day Brunch ! I had used you before and was very pleased with my 5 STARS service. My service tech was on time, very nice, knew his stuff! He checked out the problem with the garage door and it wasn't as serious as I thought. Door had not been used since 2/9/2015, hadn't driven my car due to surgery. After a few tries it finally went up but would not come back down so I had to close it manually. Tom, I think that's his name had the problem solved in a few minutes. sprayed the hinges and other parts as well as checked out the spring, etc. Door was probably frozen to the ground when I first used it. I'm so glad I called because now it's not noisy going up and down. And if it happens again I'll know what to do. Thank you so much.

I needed my garage door fixed ASAP and I called Precision Door and they immediately came out that same day. The Tech was very professional and courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. The only problem is now I can't lock my garage. I didn't check it before the technician left because I had to go somewhere but when I put my car in the garage and went to lock it, the garage door doesn't come down far enough for me to slide the lock in place. But other than that I would definitely recommend Precision door to anyone!

I had an emergency on a Saturday. I didn't realize my trunk door was up and I back out of the garage, hitting the garage door, knocking it off the hinges. Your repair person came out the next morning (He would have come out that day if I had wanted him to), and we evaluated that we needed a new door because it was so old. He is now here putting in the new door. The entire process went so quickly and effortlessly- The girl I talked to on the phone was more than helpful and considerate, and the gentleman who is doing the work is very professional and accommodating.. I have ALREADY recommended this company to several people. You were great.
