The technician, Tom, was professional and efficient and appears to have completed all of the work required plus did maintenance to ensure the other parts were lubricated and working correctly. My only concern was that I was somewhat taken aback by the cost, but I assume that is not out of line with that type of garage door repair

My garage door came off the tracks with our cars in the garage. Broken tracks, brackets, and rollers. A picture would show that it was as bad as anyone could imagine. I called at 9pm, the operator said someone would be there by 8am. Instant relief, but I was skeptical about the ease of scheduling. The guy drove through a snow storm, that hit at early more rush hour, @50 miles and arrived on time. What happened next may seem like a mythical tale. He brought with him experience and knowledge, all the right tools, all the parts, and a great attitude. I wish the price was lower, but the garage door has never worked this good. He was able to prolong me from getting a new door until I can come up with the money. He was more than great. Fixed on time, one time, the first time. Thank you for sending me an email to post. Otherwise, I would have been to lazy to tell you to keep this great worker.

Precision repaired springs on our garage door in 2008. Unfortunately one of the springs failed and broke this week in 2016. I called Precision and they honored the lifetime warranty for the springs, immediately responded, and had our garage door working again within hours of the break. I'm totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the overall experience. Precision will absolutely get a call when I need service in the future.

I was very impressed with every aspect of Precision Garage Door of Columbus Ohio. Their website gave me confidence I needed (A+ BBB rating). I called and they were very responsive on a Saturday afternoon, and they didn't gouge me with emergency service call fees. I really appreciated the email confirmation that included pictures of the staff for added security. (Great feature!) Tom arrived within the next hour after my call, and was very direct and honest. I felt very confident that we were in good hands. Tom was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job repairing our garage door. I also appreciated the convenient payment methods, and very clear and understandable electronic invoice that was sent to me immediately upon completion of the work and payment. (No yellow copy with illegible handwriting that you tend to get for misc. home repairs these days.) Precision really knows how to run a successful business. Should the need arise, I will definitely call Precision again in the future!

Had a cable break on our garage door late afternoon trapping my car inside. Called Precision and they had a technician out the next morning at 8:00am. He called to confirm at 7:40am that he was on his way.(that was nice). I originally thought I could replace the cable myself, so glad I called a Precision. The tech had to do so much more than I ever imagined to safely replace the cable. He did it all quickly and professionally and he was very cordial and polite. No regrets. Well worth it.
