If you need of a new garage door or repair of existing door, I highly recommend Precision Door! I had a new garage door installed about one year ago. There were no high pressure sales techniques, they didn't try to upsell me, and the cost was extremely competitive. Yesterday, my son crashed into the bottom of the overhead door. We immediately called Precision and their tech arrived around 9:00 AM (the next day) and was able to repair the door. The sales force and technicians are highly trained professionals and I will surely contact them for future services. Thank you, Megan and Ead, you're a great team.

We had a new opener installed in August of 2021 and had the wireless app installed for remote garage door opening through our smart phone. All worked well until we upgraded our internet service to 5G a month ago. Now the phone app won’t work. This was the reason for the service call. Service tech stated that unfortunately there is no fix for this. Now I know that our opener/opener app won’t work with the 5G internet. Guess we’ll just have to live with the issue.

Today, Ead was my technician from Precision Garage Door. He needed to replace and program my garage keypad, as well program all of my remotes. Ead was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. After he completed his work, I wanted to make sure that all of my remotes opened both of my garage doors. I also wanted to make sure that the keypad itself would open and close both garage doors. I never felt rushed as I tested those things. I high recommend Precision, as well as Ead!

Precision Garage Door went above and beyond to replace our very old and broken garage door. They were speedy to give us a quote, then sent a repairman to take care of taking down and disposing of the old door and then install a new door. Ead arrived on time, diagnosed our problem - a broken spring that was installed 25 years ago in 1995 resulting in a broken cable. Ead professionally completed his work replacing both springs and installing new cables and ball bearings in a couple of hours. Thanks, Ead!!
