So thrilled with the service that I called again to have a part in question replaced. We could have done it ourselves, but the pro, Tim, would get it done properly even for a cost of the service call. Love the new opener. Tim cleaned up the pieces, parts and boxes and disposed of everything. In addition, he put everything back which I really appreciate.

I was satisfied to get a prompt repair on a weekend. The technician was professional and good at his work. My only minor concern is that the door misses a complete closing by about an inch and hope that this could be adjusted. I was surprised that the cost of the spring replacement was as much as the original whole door installation, but that lies with me for not shopping around more.
Thanks for your prompt and honest response, Al. With regard to your door not closing flush to the frame of your house, we will be contacting you shortly to dispatch a technician to your home address to make the proper adjustments to your satisfaction. Additionally, I looked at the repairs that were done upon Tim's visit and it looks like a complete overhaul was needed for your repair. Please know that when it comes to the hardware that was installed on your door (springs, end and center bearings, drums, cables and torsion tube), we only install top-of-the-line hardware at Precision Door. We pride ourselves in offering not only an ultimate solution for all our customers, but the best possible hardware solution so, over the course of it's use, you'll begin to see the difference. We'd be happy to provide any additional information upon request. Finally, we truly appreciate your business and loyalty. As a small token of our gratitude, we'd like to extend a $40 coupon upon your next visit or needed repair.

My son recommended Precision because he had done business with you. You met my expectations. I wanted my door to be quieter and open and close smoothly. Mission accomplished. Since I had your man come out, I had Jason check out everything to see that all was running smoothly. He did this and explained along the way and patiently answered my questions.

First off love the email notification of the appointment with the pictures of the technician that would be servicing my home. That was assuring because I knew I'd be home alone. Tim was wonderful in guiding us through all the options avaiable. I appreciatet that we could go to Sears and buy the entire unit and you'd still install it for us next week. That is another plus for lots of reasons. I know a lot of people in Bexley who are in need of garage service. Most of construction was done a long time ago on our homes, so I will be telling them about Precision!

Gregg was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We have chosen not to select your company to replace our garage door due to the remarkeably higher estimates compared to two other estimates that we had received. Have a wonderful evening.

I was very impress with the service we received. The gentleman was very helpful. We had this problem before where we couldn't get the door open or closed but my husband works in a machine shop figured it out but this time since he had had a heart attack his nerves just wasn't up to it. But Jason did give some good advice. We had find your number in the yellow pages. We would recommend your company to our friends and family. Thanks again
