Given the circumstances of my situation (a door locked in an open position) the same day service was one important factor. Another was the many positive reviews from prior customers. Also was the lifetime warranty offered on the products, which to me indicates a quality product with quality service. Lastly, I really did like the confirmation e-mail with the photo's of the technicians and identifying which would be doing my service. In today's time of scams and con's, this was a valued security measure in place that shows Precision cares about it's customers.
