Appreciated the prompt service. I couldn’t get the door up so I couldn’t get the car or the dog out. I am 85 and I can’t reach the rope to pull the door open. The spring was broken. Your representative, Joe, was very kind. My only concern was the cost. Even with the discount it was still a lot for a senior living on Social Security. I didn’t have time to shop around so I don’t know how your price compared.

Joe is a very sharp guy, diagnosed the problem right away and had it fixed in no time. He shared information about options going forward, and was very friendly. Our dog gives him 5 stars too.

My technician was very nice and helpful. He showed me 3 choices of openers I could get. He told me multiple ways to set up the door opener. It didn't take long at all to put in. I will definitely recommend your business. Thanks

It was easy to make an appointment online. I had an appointment scheduled the for the next day. The technician Joe was friendly and professional. He explained what needed fixed and the cost. I tested the door a few times before he left and everything was working great. Thanks Beth

I chose Precision today because they had installed all new parts in 2021. The technician explained what was needed to fix the problem today and recommended changing other parts that were showing wear! He explained this was not necessary but would be soon, I chose to have it done and am very satisfied! Joe was polite and personable!

Joe came in within an hour of the phone call request for help on my garage door. It took a couple of hours to replace parts and fix the door supports to the ceiling. Joe did an excellent Job! Door works great after he finished!
