Be aware of your pricing on parts before you contact them. They wanted $265 per strut to help support the door but, was willing to price match Menards at $20 per strut. They charged me well over $300 per spring and you can get them from Meards for under $100 each. I will ondy use them again if it is a warranty issue.

Bill and Kourtney did a wonderful job. They called 30 minutes before arrival and introduced themselves once they arrived. What nice young men! Professional. Friendly. Informative. They replaced my 20 year old garage door opener and everything needed to make it work efficiently. After installation they proceeded to explain how to operate the new opener. On line customer satisfaction rating for the Westerville area. Dereck called before hand, arrived on time with a helper. After inspecting the garage door and opener, he went over the details of his finding with me then came up with a priority list of repairs and options for the repairs. He and his helper installed the upgrades to the door and track along with installing a new garage door opener. The door is running quieter and seems more stable than before. All around a great job by this team.

I had an issue with my garage and have seen advertisements for Precision Door for same day service. I called and had a great phone call to set up a repair appointment. Tim the technician was awesome. He looked at my problem and also did a safety inspection. Discovered that my opener was not in great shape so he gave me a price to get it back to new. It looks great and is so much quieter to operate. Great customer service and company to work with. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that asks. Thanks

The repair man was right on time and diagnosed the problem I was having with my current door opener which was a fried circuit board and recommended a new opener. He removed the old one and replaced it with the new one and did a very good job. He was easy to work with and seemed very knowledgeable. I don't know about price because I didn't have any other quotes but was a bit more than I thought it would be.

Precision Overhead Door was great. Within 24 hours of calling due to a non-functioning garage door opener keypad, everything was fixed. A technician came out that day and gave me a few options. After making a decision, I called Precision Overhead Door and they were able to send me the same technician, Trevor, who provided me with the options, to fix the issue. All within 24 hours. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with Precision Overhead Door, especially if Trevor is your technician.
